Bensons For Beds - Gateshead150 Omdömen

We received an exceptional service from Karen in your Team Valley branch, nothing was too much trouble and the number of times we changed our minds made no difference to the service we received. I would like to say that Karen deserves recognition as if we received bad service we would complain so it needs to be highlighted when someone goes above and beyond
Thank you Karen

Absolutely fantastic service. Friendly, efficient service. Very Helpful and informative. I would recommend to anyone. 5*

Lovely showroom, loads of choice. Martin took us around he was gentle, kind has a great personality he knew when to leave us alone to have a look ourselves with no ptessured sales brilliant exoerience

Stuart at Bensons for Beds in Team Valley was brilliant, so helpful and gave incredible customer service, if you are in need of a bed I strongly recommend using Bensons and going to Stuart for assistance. Thank you so much!!!!

Very well laid out and calm Store,
The sales representative was very knowledgeable and professional with good advice. I was after a prompt service and was informed what products they had in that store there and then, the old adage goes you get what you pay for! by cheap by twice

Staff were really helpful and made the whole process of choosing and buying a bed so easy and simple. Would strongly recommend them.

Great experience in store. Very helpful assistant. Spent a lot of time working out which bedroom furniture to buy to match the bed we've already got. Assistant talked through all the options and we can't wait for thr new furniture to arrive for my sons room.

I've yet to take delivery of my new mattress but thought I needed to give a review as I was so impressed with the service in store.
Sales lady was very knowledgeable and very patient. Talked me through all the different types of mattresses/pillows but did not try to pressure me into buying, even suggested that I come back at a later date with my other half for a second opinion. Lovely lady, very helpful, would not hesitate to purchase from this store again.

The whole process was very simple and straight forward. Loved the whole experience

Excellent service friendly and knowledge

Great sales advice and support.
No pushy sales people.
Great after care support and guarantee

Very helpful, friendly and professional. As an older lady with painful conditions I was supported brilliantly and understood. Thank you for the time you spent with me to get the right mattress.

The staff allowed us to look around the shop with out pressure which made a big impression, the staff were available as soon as we wanted advice on buying a bed, the sales person who help us was so friendly and polite which made a big impact on us purchasing a bed.

The salesman was great , He was very patient and took a lot of time with me and helped me to decide
The delivery man were fantastic, very polite, and very helpful,
Being in a lady in my 70s on my own, they took the plastic off for me and laid it on the bed,
I couldn’t have asked for more,
The delivery time was spot on
This is why I’m giving you five stars
I have just got asleep on it now, hoping that it’s comfortable

Andrew in the showroom was very helpful showing us all mattresses.
Andy Mac and Andy P were perfect delivery men, very careful coming into our home.
Our second mattress from this company, only had one night on the mattress, so far good.

My husband and i were looking for a new bed and having purchased our last bed several years ago went back to Bensons for Beds. We were not disappointed. Andrew was the consultant who was very knowledgeable about beds/mattresses. With his experience he made the process very easy and we came away very happy with our new purchase and hopefully when it is delivered in a few weeks, will be just as happy. Overall i would definitely recommend this company. Mr and Mrs Moralee.

Very patient and knowledgeable staff

Such a friendly store! We were made to feel so welcome. The guy who served us was great he was very professional but also had great banter which stopped us from looking elsewhere.

Experience in store was fabulous we explained what we wanted and our budget and they sorted it. The delivery was just even better. The delivery drivers were so polite and really helpful.

In our visit to the Team Valley store we were given all the time we needed to make our choice of mattress. Andrew was so knowledgable and gave us so much information I almost feel I could pass an exam on the subject of mattresses!
