Great price and value for money.

Overall good experience from bensons for beds. Good sales service in store and delivery was prompt and informed with a 15min call ahead. The delivery team put the bed together well. Removed one star as they left the bed floating in the room and it weighs a tonne and the base is flush with the floor so nowhere to grip, so impossible to now move between myself and my husband. I did state to centre on the sockets against the wall, however it’s very close to the wardrobe on one side and makes it now tricky to use the wardrobe. I would have appreciated being asked to check the bed before leaving so I could have asked them to move into the correct spot given we paid for the assembly service, a tutorial of how to use the lift up mechanism would have also been appreciated.
I was a bit distracted having an electrician here at the same time so my advice would be to check the bed before they leave.

Tina at Farnborough branch had excellent product knowledge. We knew what we wanted and she was able to quickly show us what we wanted to see without any fuss. She offered the full range of services for us to choose from and we were very happy with our purchase and the service we had.

The salesman and delivery staff were very professional and helpful and provided excellent customer service.

We tested every bed in the shop, several times and felt no pressure at any time to hurry along. Very patient staff and kind and courteous. The delivery was fantastic, on time, very polite and helpful.

Very disappointing experience with Bensons for Beds from start to finish. The attitude and customer service at the Farnborough store were poor, and we felt unsupported from the moment we placed the order. Purchasing a bed should be a simple and enjoyable experience, but this turned into an unnecessary headache. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend Bensons for Beds.

Great service from the second we stepped into the Farnborough showroom.
Had to change the delivery date a few times and Bensons were very accommodating. The communication has been extremely good and the delivery guys were polite and assembled our bed perfectly.

From when we first walked in the shop to the delivery of our new mattress was all very easy. Benson's kept in touch by email on a regular basis and delivery was within the allocated time slot. All the staff, from Richard in the shop, to the delivery driver & his mate, were very helpful & polite

Very pleased with our new bed

We were unhappy about the igel side sleeper pillows purchased along with a very expensive Mammoth mattress. We went into the store day after receiving them to explain the pillows were too large and also wouldn’t fit in our pillow cases so could we return them. The sales assistant we spoke to asked the Manger if this was possible but he said no and walked past, saying get a larger pillow case, sales assistant stated there is a strict no return policy on pillows due to hygiene concerns, although mattress can be returned after up to 40 days after sleeping on it. After using the pillows for two weeks still not happy with them as although we chose side sleeper pillows we don’t always want to sleep on our side all the time so not a great product.

From walking into store to delivery the service was great. Mattresses is perfect for me and I am incredibly grateful for the time the lady who served me gave me to find the right mattress based on the results from the machine used. Would highly recommend

Great all round service from beginning to end! Started off with a really perceptive sales person who got it just right! The delivery arrived during the time slot provided and the guys who did the delivery (Gary & Warren) were excellent in every way. Just love my purchase, it's so comfortable and got a brilliant nights sleep. Thanks to all who made the process so smooth!
