I went into benson beds in falkirk and got served by steven I explained I had been sleeping on an emma mattress and how bad it was causing backache and frozen shoulder through sagging. Steven put me on bed that measured your body for what bed is best suited for me. He then told me to try out several beds and went on to explain each mattress I tried. I bought a mattress and now awaiting delivery at ends of month. My shopping experience was good as felt steven was very professional and helpful also friendly

Great company to deal with;Steven snd Jamie couldn't have been more helpful with their pleasant, non- pushy attitude .This is the second time I have used this store and wouldn't hesitate to buses it again in the future.

Satisfied Customer
On entering the shop we were made aware of the sale on that day and asked what we were looking for. We were given time to look around the shop and then presented with a few options to look at with all the price points for the different options. Our salesman was knowledgeable and got us a great price for our bed and gave us a clear breakdown of the price. Would recommend Bensons for Beds.

Great experience in this store. From when we walked in, Paul greeted us in a friendly manner. Asked us what we were looking for and gave us the best options based on what we were looking for. He was very approachable if we needed anything, he came back to check on how we were getting on and his product knowledge was second to none.
