Knowledgeable staff , very polite and efficient delivery. We tried the sleep machine then given recommendations for about 5 mattresses so not too much confusing choice. We chose wisely ,happy with choice and delivered within 4 days

The staff in the store are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing the right bed/mattress.
From buying a new mattress to the delivery it has been a positive experience. They keep you up to date with a progress SMS or by email then on the day of delivery I received a call from the driver 30 minutes before arrival plus a SMS. So I knew exactly what time to expect them.

The beds X4 were so carefully packaged with no damage at all. The Mattress is as expected. Very good product. My children and I assembled them by ourselves - instruction is fairly straightforward to use.

Andy and James were both fantastic! Very punctual and despite the hot weather got our bed set up in speedy time! Probably one of the nicest delivery team we've ever had!
