At first we were just in to have a browse but James was so incredibly knowledgeable, especially after only working there for a short period of time, he answered all of our questions and helped us pick the perfect bed frame and mattress. The whole team were lovely but a big massive shout out to James!

James at the East Kilbride/King's Gate store was so knowledgeable, easy to get along with, helpful, attentive and an all-around excellent representative (plus, allowed us ample time to talk amongst ourselves and browse the available options, so perfect balance of great customer service vs. giving us space to just look). Funny and a really nice guy too :)
Stuart was also a massive help, and ensured the process was as easy as possible, whilst meeting our needs and being friendly and thorough.
The ordering process was easily customisable and took into account our individual circumstances (short notice delivery of 1 week was excellent, based on the options they presented us with that would fit into the preferrable timescale) and the delivery and assembly went off without a hitch.
No negative notes, guys; keep doing what you're doing.
