Great experience in Whitfield/Dover
I went to the shop in Whitfield/Dover. I was approached by a staff member (Paula) who was extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and showed me to a few relevant beds, giving me the chance to try them out and compare. I was with my 3yo boy and she was very kind to him, allowing him to climb onto each bed with me to try it out. She was very knowledgeable and attentive and also (importantly) not pushy. I ended up buying the highest priced mattress later that evening online as I couldn’t return to the store before a sale ended. I think you should be able to credit the store / staff member when purchasing online so they can get the commission. Haven’t received the mattress yet but happy with the shopping experience.

Excellent selection of beds to pick from and try out.
We were given a delivery slot and it was adhered to, the delivery guys were great, placing the bed in the room we wanted it in.
