I visited the Crewe store on the retail park & received excellent service. I visited the store a couple of times & found The staff were great, so helpful, friendly & patient….not pushy at all. The Manager Jon was very knowledgeable which helped me make my decision. He also gave great advice on how to care for my new mattress. I am very happy with my purchase. The IGel nano4000 Offers great support & is very comfortable. The delivery service went smoothly, kept up to date with emails & a phone call from the delivery team to say on there way. They were very polite & thorough. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you to the whole team.

My wife and I both detest pushy sales persons. Jon was the exact opposite to that. When approached Jon was knowledgeable across the range of different mattress types and helped us choose a suitable one.
