We went and ordered a new Mattress today, when we went into the shop the Monju Ali came over and showed us all the mattresses they had he was very polite and very helpful and friendly and explained all the different mattresses they have.

We where welcomed and all questions we asked got a quick, clear and precise answer. Staff where very helpful and didn't mind too much with our little one wanting to try all the beds

Kieran (Cambridge store) was very helpful in explaining all the features of the various beds, answering our questions and giving us the space to make our decision

Very helpful member of staff. Used the electronic system to help choose correct mattress Listened to what we wanted and showed us what was available in our choices. Arranged delivery and taking away our old mattress. Have bought a bed from them before and very pleased with the bed and the service they gave us

Manju, the store manager was one of the best sales manager we ever met. He was very attentive, polite and lovely to talk to. Helped us decide on the best product for our case. Elevated the experience to a new level. Greatly appreciated.

Apart from the salesman (Monju) who was very helpful, the whole experience with this company has been disappointing. Service overall has been suboptimal, products purchased have yet to be received (still waiting delivery which has been advised will be over a week late than date provided!). When calling various departments advised it is not their problem they have not been able to delivery our goods and we basically need to accept that we have to wait. I will not be buying from Bensons Beds again and certainly not recommending. Somethings cannot be helped however the way this event was dealt with with not customer focus or friendly.

Very helpful staff guided me round the various mattresses to find one that suited my needs. They have a bed that detects where your pressure points are which helped them guide me to the perfect tension of mattress and the right level of support so that my shoulders and hips won’t hurt after a night’s sleep and I will sleep much better. They let me try various options that included memory foam, cooling gel technology and natural materials, which I preferred. The Revitalise Pocket 3800 ecolatex, in my opinion was outstanding, both in medium and firm. I had difficulty choosing between the two as they were excellent.

I settled on the medium as the new mattress starts off slightly firmer than in the shop and I generally prefer medium mattresses. They sink down slightly, easing the pressure points. I was surprised how even the firm was comfortable in this design, though. Both medium and firm in this design have a pillow top layer which is amazing. ‘Like a dreamcloud’ the member of staff said, and he was right!
