Bensons For Beds - Blyth Omdömen

Very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Able to sort outcomes for us which could have been issues. Obviously understands products and provides advice as required but not pushy. Thanks Dave

Great service from both store manager and assistant Jess, they both help us decide of the best suitable bed for our son. Also explained options if we needed to exchange items, thank you both.

I am reviewing this on the advisor that assisted. She was so helpful and knowledgeable with the product. She took her time in assisting us and entertain the child.
Only one negative was as we entered the store a male staff member looked us up and down with absolutely no acknowledgement

Very helpful and knowledgable assistant. Was considering a number of bedroom furniture providers following my visit I chose Bensons .

We made it clear that we wanted to browse for a while and we were left to this. Once we asked for information the salesperson was very helpful and informative about the products. Great service all round and very happy with our purchase

lovely welcoming staff, friendly cheerful disposition. excellent choice of beds mattresses and headboards. a pleasure picking out such an important item of furniture with such helpful knowledgeable staff, a credit to your company, would recommend to all our family and friends

The store is pleasant & welcoming as was the staff member who helped us with our purchases. He was able to answer any questions we had confidently and we were not subject to any pressurised hard sell. He was quite obviously interested in us taking our time in making the right choice for us which is refreshing.

Friendly, very helpful service

After a visit to a store and measuring up at home, the rest was completed on line

Both members of staff in store were very attentive and helpful

Done a good deal and good customer service

Davey was very knowledgeable and helpful and let us make our own minds up.

The sales guy Ben was lovely, very informative and helpful. He talked us through advantages and disadvantages with different beds and frame, then left us to make our own decisions. He wasn't pushy or intimidating.

Good - said what we were looking for - left to browse in our own time - asked questions about various beds and spring / foam systems - given information without excessive technical jargon - picked what we wanted - went through financial plan - delivery of new/ removal of old - done !! no problem - easy

We walked in not really knowing what we were looking for, and were quickly greeted by a knowledgeable member of staff who was incredibly helpful. He helped us understand what we were looking for and made us feel comfortable. Can’t fault the service we received at all, and can’t wait for our new bed to arrive!

Excellent customer service, lots of help and advice given and no pushy sales person hovering while you decide on the bed you want

Your staff member Ben was so helpful and friendly,he explained the benefits of the mattress I was interested in and was extremely helpful when I was choosing a bed to go with it. Im very happy with the experience I had in the store.
