Bensons For Beds - Bilston Road Omdömen 

Buying the mattress was easy, the advice in the showroom was excellent.
HOWEVER, I am so fed up with emails, one with our receipt fair enough. That wad followed up by an avalanche in my inbox. Several were very patronising, one in particular advising this old lady to make sure my purchase would fit where it was going. After living here for 56 years and this being the 7th bed to go up the stairs I believe I know what will fit. This is my first and last purchase I will make from Bensons. I am only filling in the survey now as I received yet another email this morning reminding me to fill it in.A process I was going to do once my new mattress was in situe. At the moment I regret the purchase due to the junk I have received via email. Just received yet another mail asking how Bensons have done, they are achieving nothing as I am NOT going to buy anything else. Yes, I can unsubscribe but have been told my time of delivery will be emailed to me, until then I presume I will continue to receive a deluge of unsolicited patronising junk mail.

My wife and I have recently purchased a new bed from Bensons For Beds in Wolverhampton, We were served by a young lady named Samara, she was very polite and very knowledgeable, she gave us a lot of useful information and had a lot of patience with us. The saleslady Samara was welcoming and not intrusive when we were looking around the shop and answered all our questions.

If there was no star ,I would have used most terrible service ever.saw what I wanted in showroom,paid almost £2000 with delivery and installation,only for so many discrepancies of delivery,which Benson didn’t prepare me for telling me that they deal with 3rd party and after payment they kept telling me to reach out to the manufacturers..after 4 months of back and forth..no one reaching out…the first and only call i received in 4 months except calls I make, I was told they are sorry,they have to refund as delivery obstruction are in my place…they messed me up..

I really like their quality and their design, and they have very helpful staff Also they have a very good quality mattresses, they have a very good price and special offer for bed frame and mattress is as well I am very happy with Bensons for Beds shop.

Tried some mattress’s out, assistant was helping us with what we were looking for, gave us prices including all discounts giving the best deals. We went home discussed went back Sunday and ordered bed with same assistant Lisa she was great.

Excellent service again and very helpful.

Great choice of beds and mattresses great service they don’t come following you around or pressure you leave you to look and if you need anything they’re there

Lovely lady in the Wolverhampton store.
Asked if we needed any help, pointed out a few options, and left us to look around without breathing down our neck. She popped back a couple of times to check we were okay, and helped us choose our base colours when we had decided what we wanted.

We received excellent customer service from Samara on Friday 8th September. She was friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. She had good product knowledge and spent some time with us as it had been a long time since we had bought a bed and it was a major purchase. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bensons.

Great staff. Friendly. Listened to what I wanted and made suggestions in that price range. Did not try to sell, just advised then left us to make a decision.

This lady deserves a raise,no hard sell like some places and didn't try to sell me anything out of budget.
The mattress is very comfortable and so are the pillows I bought too.

Our experience with Benson's was that the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took her time to advise us on the product so we could make a decision on what bed to purchase.
Also was able to sort out delivery schedule as we didn't require delivery straight away. We would recommend this company.
