Bensons For Beds - Biggleswade Omdömen

Interested competent staff helped made buying my bed less stressful than I thought.
Their knowledge of all aspects of having a comfortable bed was reassuring.
I was recommended Bensons and I also do .

We recently bought a mattress from Bensons for Beds. The sales staff were friendly and not overly pushy but the service and delivery were excellent. Communication on the expected delivery was excellent, the tracking of the delivery driver worked a treat and the mattress was brought in our tricky corners with ease by the two delivery men. Overall, excellent service, good price and wonderful mattress.

Very helpful & knowledgeable sales advisor on the day we visited.
Good choice of product across various price points
Our purchase was only a small transaction but the service was really good and nothing was too much trouble.
Could not fault our showroom experience & would certainly go back.

Knowledgeable, helpful, informative sales person. Great selection of beds. Was mist interested is making sure we purchased the right bed rather than most expensive.

Mr Hanif was very kind and helpful to find the best mattress with the best price.
Show different mattresses and explained which one would be better for personally to us. The IGEL Nanotech mattress is so comfortable. Can't wait for the deliver.

The salesman was helpful but not pushy. I knew what I wanted when I went in store but had experienced problems trying to order online. Ordering in store was quick and easy.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff.

Great customer service from Mohammed at the Biggleswade store.

I was served by Mohammed Hanif. He was extremely helpful and showed me the mattresses that would be most suitable for me. I chose a mattress, which will be delivered after Christmas. Mohammed was very professional, with a friendly manner. He was very thorough in explaining about the pricing to me and I looked forward to receiving the mattress.

The guy that showed us around and was talking to us was amazing really helpful and understood what we needed havnt seen that level of customer service before

We dealt with Mohammed. He showed us several mattress options and explained the pros of each one, explaining everything in detail. Absolute delight to talk to.

Helpful and courteous sales person, good quality product, plus delivery sooner than specified. Altogether good choic shopping local.

Friendly helpful service, encouraging us to try several different types of mattress and pointing out the best price deals, all with no sales pressure.

The staff member asked what type of mattress we wanted and took us to see the suitable ones in the budget we had given.we ended up almost doubling the budget but feel it will be a worth while investment. We did not feel pressured by the staff member to spend more.he was knowledgeable of the items we chose and helped us make an informed choice.he was friendly and approachable.

Great customer services, and a extra discount what is not to like 😁. Would definitely recommend 5*.

The delivery guys just threw the mattresses on the bed and said cheerio. When I asked why they hadn’t taken the mattresses out of there plastic protective covers and zipped them together, they replied that we hadn’t paid for assembly. We paid £3000 for a mattress that they couldn’t even unpack and zip up!!!!They also asked do I need to take my shoes off going onto the carpeted stairs and landing “ surely they should have known better “ let’s see how the sleep goes as not impressed up to now.
