I was impressed with the sales person Marcus. He listened to me, then showed the relevant beds and matteress, he gave good advice and did not apply any pressure or incentives to make the sales. Applied the correct discounts which made quite a different price.. Thank you for your patience and advice

Our experience at Bensons for Beds was a real tonic. We were treated with true customer service. It was the right balance between being helpful and leaving us to browse whilst giving us all the information we needed to make a decision.

Mas, the store manager in Bedford was on hand to assist me with my choice of bed. He is very knowledgeable and as well as his professional manner he was very friendly and accommodating. I got a great deal on a mattress too. He went the extra mile by asking his team ( thanks to them too) to take the mattress I wanted out from the back so I could try it on a bed.

From the moment we came through the door we were made welcome. We told the ladies (Kyan & Darior) what we were looking for and they directed us to the right location in the shop, there was no pressure selling and they were always available to answer any questions we had. Well pleased with the price and the service we were given.

We visited the store twice in two days. On Sunday my daughter purchased a Double & 2 Single Mattresses. We were so impressed with the comfort of her mattress we returned to the store today to order a King size mattress the same as my daughters Double
On both occasions the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and completed our sales in a timely fashion

Having already looked at two retailers, we thought we'd only be checking out the Bensons beds then moving on to look at other places. However, it turned out that they had exactly what we wanted, at a reasonable price. Their salesperson, a lovely young woman whose name I sadly forget, was so helpful. Left us to ourselves when that was what we wanted, and then couldn't have been more helpful when we needed advice. Can't wait for our new bed and mattress to arrive now!
