Great service within the store. Good explanation about different mattresses and bases. I never felt pressurised, and always felt supported. Great team at Bedford Branch
Great sales staff in Bedford branch who are both knowledgeable and very professional. Although I had a problem with one of my items the Manager Maz dealt with it as soon as he was made aware of the situation. New mattress is so comfortable and supportive. Both delivery teams were great - especially Stevie and Carlos even though they have strict deadlines to meet. In order to improve the service I would suggest a slightly longer delivery time so that when receiving goods it doesn’t feel as such a rushed experience. Also a direct line to customer services rather than email or live chat. Having said that I would still recommend Bedford Bensons for Beds.
