Good selection of beds and friendly staff who will help you with all your questions and guide you to your needs

We had a brilliant service in store our sales lady was so helpful pleasant and friendly very knowledgeable
We felt relaxed and not hurried or pestered so happy with our experience so far
And we haven’t had delivery yet but hopefully that goes just as pleasant and smoothly

The man that helped us was very helpful and after telling him what we wanted showed us all what we were looking for

We had great customer service, explaining about a few options for beds/mattresses and different varieties. Our sales assistant Ayesha at Beckton was really good. Thank you for being so helpful and attentive.

helpful store assistant. made the whole process smooth

Normally don't do reviews until delivery. But on this occasion the staff was great and very helpful.

Excellent service. We got a replacement without too much hassle as the bed could not fit in our bedroom door

The sales was big attraction, up to 50% off mattress. I bought mine on last day of sales. It is very good value for money. It was nice to try on and felt the real thing rather than bought it online something that it cannot be laid on. The staffs was very helpful, friendly and experienced in that Beckton retail store.

Customer service was excellent with all information we wanted to know.

The sales assistant was very polite helpful. Did not pressure me and my wife but let us go round in our own time . My wife is disabled and felt really relaxed around her the sales assistant. She explained everything very clearly and took us through the process very professionally. Please thank her from my wife and me.

Very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Very patient and happy to answer all our questions.

Saw as I walked into Bensons I was made welcomed. The shop assistant was so helpful and very polite and wanted me to feel comfortable. Explained everything to me. I recommend Beds for Bensons

The assistants were very friendly and very informative about choosing a suitable bed as usual. For this reason we always buy our beds from Bensons....Thanks guys!

Sometimes, I can become very anxious, when I need to go into retail shops to buy a purchase, but in this case, I did not once feel that way. I was introduced by the young lady, who made my feel at ease. She was very polite and knowledgeable about each products. She did not once pressure us into buying something straight away.

We were able to browse around the shops, without feeling watched. There were a large number of products to choose from. May I add Child friendly also. I would definitely recommend going to Bensons Beds.

The store items were well displayed and and that makes viewing very easy.
The staff who attended to me was very helpful very polite by explaining to me thoroughly about my choice of item and gave me alternatives to make my final choice

Excellent customer service and really helpful. Thank you.

Very nice shop and great management skills. I am very happy to do shopping with them 😉
