Generally a positive experience
Very helpful staff in store, good advice given, flexible method of payment, easy to chose a convenient delivery date and mattress delivered on time. Just disappointed that I couldn't collect the mattress from the store. It was a rolled mattress and easy to fit in a car. Not happy about having to pay a hefty delivery charge with no option to collect from store.

Happy with store no pushing for a sale from staff. We were able to choose at our pace. Delivery was good able to track on phone. Delivery men Simon. And Colin were polite and even took there shoes off.

Two weeks late with delivery.
Got a call from them on the afternoon before the original delivery date to say it would be another two weeks.
I had already got rid of our old bed at that point.

Excellent service
Over the years the Barrow branch have supported us through a few issues and again Sue was really helpfull with all the issues we have had. With the latest of moving house and the old bed not going in and supporting us with new mattress and bed frame, fingers crossed they get it in

The instore service is excellent
The instore service is excellent, the after sales is excellent and the delivery was superb.
However once the delivery guys had left we couldn't help but notice an overwhelming odour of fire retardant so we left windows and doors open all day , cut onions in half, left white vinegar in a bowl but it was still overwhelming come bed time so an uncomfortable night on the sofa was had . 5 days on and the smell is still lingering and it's still quite noticeable when lying on the mattress. The mattress so far seems very good but I'm sure we can't be the only ones to notice the odour ? Maybe the mattresses could be treated with something to neutralise the odour prior to delivery or is there something Bensons could recommend to other customers to help with this whiffy problem .
We would have given 5 stars if this hadn't let the experience down somewhat
