Bensons For Beds - Barnstaple Omdömen

Very helpful and lots of patience, didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything we didn’t want or need,
Brilliant customer service.

Our visit to the store was a pleasure - great customer service

Very helpful and took the time to show me things

Have been looked after by Connor in your Barnstaple branch. He has been so helpful, friendly and understanding of my requirements. Would not hesitate in recommending him.

The Store was nicely laid out and I could see all available options. Connor, who was running the showroom that day was extremely helpful and gave really good advice.

Sue listened, explained and went through various options well. We found exactly what we wanted and ordered accordingly.

Excellent service received with full explanation of the product. Thank you

They left you alone, didn’t keep bothering you, but was on hand if you needed to ask any questions

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and offered great advice and guidance. He didn't push the sale hard but gave us plenty of time to think and discuss.

Sue the assistant was excellent, from start to finish she explained everything to the point, made everything so easy and friendly, if you want any advice or buying a new bed don't hesitate and see sue Harris in the shop

Very helpful and informative staff. good selection of staff

We visited the store twice before committing to a bed head, box and mattress. Both times, Sue was friendly, patient and helpful as it took us a while to agree on an our final choices.

Extremely helpful staff. Wonderful experience.

Excellent information and help with making our purchase.

Darren at the Barnstaple store was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I would buy from him again!

Popped in just to look as our current mattress was so uncomfortable- we were given great advice and tried several different mattresses with no pressure or time constraint at all. So glad we went in as I thought a ‘medium’ would suit us best but turns out ‘firm’ is far more comfortable for us! Brilliant sales guy - smooth, easy transaction with so much advice too…..delivery in 4wks! Thank you Bensons

The delivery men hid the damage to the outer packaging by leaning it against the wall - this subsequently hid the damage to the headboard. After delivery was three hours later than expected , this just adds insult to injury. If they had explained it was damaged I would be less annoyed than I am now.

Susan at Barnstaple store was very knowledgable, I wanted a super king but after discussion I discovered super king divan split lengthways for transportation ( rather than divan splitting widthways ) and my dimensions of hallway from doorway would mean it would be impossible and that would be my fault, we went for king size with zip in middle mattress, as a mattress would still need to be bent to get upstairs, and again an expensive spring mattress could not do that. thankfully Susan’s knowledge stopped me making a big expensive mistake
