I specifically asked for no surveys or marketing materials. I only wanted to buy a pillow for which i had to give them contact details. So far i have received emails and texts contrary to my choices!

Excellent service
Excellent service. I have mobility problems for which I use a Rollator but, because my grand daughter and great grand daughter were with me, I used the buggy for support and the man who served me walked at my speed to show the various options and explained about the various types available. There was no "pressure selling" and I made my own decision.

Excellent experience!
My experience with the advisor (forgotten his name sadly!) at Maidstone was fantastic, really knew their facts and spent time helping us find the right mattress. Guiding us and helping us meet in the middle on firmness. Would highly recommend them!

Just make sure all payments are agreed
I made all arrangements on my phone, dealt with a young man An??? not Andrew. I thought all payments had been made, not so. When the mattress was delivered, told no payment had been made for removal.
So now, it will go after Easter, and is in our Hall! So not happy about that.

I had gone into the store just to have…
I had gone into the store just to have a look and the lady asked if I needed any help and also advised me of a mattress they had on special offer which she didn't have to do. I ended up buying that mattress and saved myself an absolute fortune.

Choosing a mattress
We were met in the showroom by Vikki who asked what we were looking for then proceeded to show us the various options and explain the differences between each mattress then left us alone to look at each one but was always on hand to answer further questions.
