Excellent service
Ashley greeted me as soon as I walked in, directed me immediately to the product I was looking for and gave me a minute alone to select my colour while he sorted my order. Ashley input the order quickly & efficiently, offered insurance and showed me how the Black Friday was shown on my bill. He was very patient when my card was declined (wrong PIN again) and went through the receipt before I signed it. All with a smile. He couldn’t have been nicer.

The sales assistant Faseela was very helpful when she didn’t know the answer to one of our questions she went to find out to make sure she gave us the correct information. Very pleasant experience so far hopefully the delivery will go as smoothly.

Popped into Aylesbury branch on the off chance to find a good mattress. We were shown a selection that fitted our criteria. Found just what we needed and at a good price.

I came back next day to purchase a divan. Fez explained the delivery process and how I could change the dates if necessary.
She was a credit to the Aylesbury branch
