Wonderful staff, wonderful experience.
Wayne was super helpful with our purchase and, I must say, he has such a pleasant personality.
Also, there were various options with prices that you would not need to break the bank for.

Was greeted by Scott and couldn’t have asked for a better advisor. Scott helped us choose the bed and mattress and went an extra mile ensuring we were satisfied with the services. Daisy was very helpful and friendly, made the whole process very easy. Both are great asset to Bensons.

The service was excellent from beginning to end. From looking at what bed we needed and ordering it.
Then the men that came to assemble it were polite and very organised. Got the job done in quick time. They cleaned up afterwards and took all the excess rubbish away. Very professional

Aftersales service rubbish
Sale and delivery fine but on constructing bed (we didn't pay £95 for something we can do ourselves!) we found 2 vital parts missing which stabilised base so couldn't safely use bed. Customer service adamant they were 'replacement' parts required and couldn't deliver for at least 7 days! After sleeping on an airbed for 5 nights we had been sooooo looking forward to a proper bed! Even speaking to shop next day didn't help as 'nothing to do with them but suppliers' and won't give me details of supplier to chase myself.

We regret to hear about the missing parts and the delay you experienced. We know how frustrating it is when you can't use your new bed right away, especially after sleeping on an airbed. We'll look into this issue internally to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your feedback,
