Received my order in a timely manner after purchase. Every item was accounted for and nothing was damaged. Definitely will be ordering more.

Shipping prices is too high.I was going to purchase a few items when I saw a $66.30 shipping . I thought it was a mistake because I never seen shipping so high in my life. Temu has the same prices and even cheaper with free shipping.

Not happy with product.
All frayed at cuffs. Pulled pieces of thread on front of dress.
And way too big.. looks like a sack of potatoes.

My items arrived pretty quickly, I just wish they were made with better quality, not so thin. Wish the materials were not made so cheaply for the cost of them. As I really think their cute.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a dress on 7th September. It arrived after 21st September when I had already left for my holidays/the wedding I had bought the dress for. The dress was left on my porch. My neighbour advised he collected the item from my porch a week later. I did not receive it until 5th October when my neighbour brought it to me. When I tried on the dress it was of terrible quality and not true to size or the pictures on their site at all. I attempted to return advising I was on holiday hence outside the 14 day return period. However, they refused to accept the return, and claimed I signed for it. I asked them to send me proof of signature which they are yet to do but continue to claim it was signed for by me and I received the item on the said date. Even though I was out of the country and told them am happy to send them proof. I am so fed up of these companies thinking they can take our hard earned money easily but when you are not satisfied with a product they put you through undue stress to get your money back. Let’s stop buying from these companies and support more reputable companies.
