Their flowers never fail, but this time the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I was contacted via email and the issue was raised and rectified and a refund for the delivery was processed. Thanks a bunch!

Absolutely amazing I bought my mam flowers for Mother’s Day and had them delivered they were absolutely beautiful and she was delighted when they arrived. It was such a fast and easy service. I will definitely be buying more flowers from bellesfluers in the near future 😍

Gorgeous flowers! Very reasonably priced
Great service! The flowers my mom received for Mother's Day were outstanding, I got a free upgrade to a larger bunch and she was blown away, they looked so expensive and the colours were amazing. Will be definitely using again :-)

The bouquets are beautiful ive ordered the last two years from the shop and they have made mistakes with my deliveries but have been the first to own up to them and make amends looking forward to doing business with them in future.

I hate to inform you that your response to me is total nonsense.

I placed the order & since I don't have that record maybe just maybe I put the incorrect date
Sun 13.03 22 @ 22.19 hrs Asta emailed to confirm the delivery date
Mon 14.03.22 @ 00.11 hrs I confirmed the delivery date as 16th March 2022 & stated "preferably morning" I gave my mobile number & the recipient email number
14.03.22 email from you to say "that's great, thank"
All took place 2 days before due delivery & still until I made 3 phone calls the flowers/chocs were not delivered ... delivery eventually 6pm.
So the whole service was disappointing & unforgivable.

Hi Gladys, Thanks for sending on more information.
There seems to be a bit of confusion.
In my reply to your first review, I was simply referring to the order you placed online. The date for delivery that you chose on that order is 01/01/1970. This is the reason the order was difficult to retrieve on the system when you rang the shop on the 16th, as our orders are sorted by date of delivery.
Regarding your timeline - I wasn't actually made aware in your first review that you had been liaising with somebody in the shop prior to the 16th. I was only looking at the order you placed online, and querying why the order had gone missing like you suggested.
Sorry about your experience - but thank you for bringing it to our attention, we will do better in future.

Overseas order - Order not delivered
I live in Australian and made in online order. The flowers and Chocolates we ordered were not delivered. I have confirmed family in Ireland. The address on the order is correct. Not happy. Euro90 spent and no delivery. On questioning, I was advised they were delivered. No other follow up. Am furious and so disappointed. I don’t recommend and won’t be using again.
