I ordered 4 stand up fans due to the hot weather . I was regularly updated with regards to my order and they arrived as expected. The fans are off exceptional quality. I ordered them as I had bought one around 4 years ago and it is still as new and works well.

We had a problem with a faulty appliance, contacted Belaco , Jo responded and immediately remedied the situation , gave us helpful advice , sent out a working replacement the next day .
Faultless service , genuine lady , so impressed with this company , would certainly purchase from them again

Fantastic company and fantastic service! We recently purchased a portable air con unit from Belaco. When it arrived one of the parts was incorrect (for another model). I contacted Belaco - I spoke to a lady on the phone who asked me to send over a picture of the part and my invoice. The next day they had already sent out the replacement part and this arrived within 2 days. Absolutely fantastic service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
