We went as a family to this lovely restaurant and had such an amazing time. We had 2 delicious steak samplers cooked by Ellie and Sonny and a mixed grill and house stack burger. We were warmly welcomed by Harrison and Dale who were both also serving our meals. Everything was perfect. Lewis served 2 very tasty chocolate martinis which were very much enjoyed by myself and my daughter in law.

Soon as you walk into are local beefeater you feel welcome, food is always hot and tasty great portion which is fabulous. And the roast dinners

Going out for dinner with a 2 year old is stressful, but it's even more stressful when you have multiple allergies to contend with. We were incredibly lucky to have Carrie at the Malta Inn in Maidstone serve us on a Christmas Eve. I'm used to navigating allergen tables and explaining my son's allergies to a waiter or waitress but Carrie made our experience amazing. She went above and beyond to check ingredients, had unparalleled knowledge of the menu and ingredients but made sure he had vegan ice cream for dessert and hand washed some cutlery for him without me asking. Which made me burst into tears because she was so incredibly friendly and it just made our experience. I'm so used to feeling like a burden for having a kid with dietary requirements but Carrie didn't make us feel that way. Well definitely be back. Giver her a bonus! Merry Christmas Carrie.

The reason for our visit today was to use a coupon sent by email as a Thank you for dining with them during 2022. We had our drinks order taken and settled down to look at the menu which was very good - simple food with a twist - I had the brie en crout and festive turkey burger and the wife had salmon en crout and the chocolate orange bomb. Being Christmas run up the place was busy so we had a chat which was great - we ordered our food and carried on chatting my starter came and it ws great cooked and mmmm nice with a bit of pickle scrummy. Main course came - mine looked a little bear because as I cannot eat much bread I left the buns off my burger add some mayo instant happiness - meanwhile the wife waas enjoying her fish - one small complaint the broccoli or green veg was slightly under cooked . Dessert course came for the wife and it looked very moorish but for me I could not as I was full from the main course. The food overall was a 10/10 for presentation and tatse and for price too. We had 2 servers one who took the drinks and food orders and Pamela F served the food - was nice to see her again and have our usual chat between meals so as she could still do her job. Keep on missing her as she gets moved around so we take the chance to catch up as best we can so as everybody is happy. Would choose this menu again as it has a few more things I would love to try. So anybody reading this review please try the festive menu its great and well worth the money.

My husband and I visited the oust and squire in fareham Hampshire, and I have to say we had an excellent visit. It was the food and , the service was great, all the staff we came across were brilliant and gave great service, checked that our food was ok etc. the restaurant was warm and cosy, and very clean.
The food was hot and cooked just how I like it.
I had rump and my partner had Sirloin steak.
I have to say I think the prices were also reasonable.
Great experience well done to the team at fareham!

Went for a nice steak, was anything but, the first one that came was cooked nice, medium well but was cold, the second one was rare covered in blood, the chips where clap cold, that went back, the third one was just a recook of the second one,
This place advertises as a steak restaurant but can’t even cook one, the chef needs sacking.

Went for a steak , it was dry , unseasonsed and tasted weird, they gave me another becuase i complained but that taste the same , dont think i would go back here. Brecks branch.

Breakfast was awful. Hot buffet which was anything but. All food was cold & think it had been left out all morning. Bread was stale even before toasting. It was that hard you could of used it as a frisbee. On a plus note the evening meal the night before was lovely but service was very slow.

My parents went out for dinner at the beefeater brache on gyps lane Luton. They had a really horrible experience to say the least. They were waiting an hour and half for their food to arrive. When there did arrive my little brother had ordered fish and chips. He was only given the fish with no chips, my mum got a mixed a grill and most of the food was missing and whatever the reminder that she was given was burnt that she couldn’t even eat the food. This really made my parents upset, they tried to seek help but instead they were treated poorly. The staff manager did not even do anything to try and resolve situation instead she was very rude and was not understanding of the situation at all, even the staff themselves were not very pleasant to them instead of going back to the kitchen and informing them that the food is burnt and that chips are missing. They started being rude towards to my parents, this is not how customers should be treated at all!! It’s almost as if my family received poor treatment because they are people of colour. This most definitely would not have happened had they been Caucasians.

Stayed last night at Premier Dartford and Booked a BEEFEATER Meal Deal, the Menu was hacked to death due to staff shortages, weird how the Best Choice of Deserts were TAKEN off the Menu 😡
Worse was our Meal deal which with Nickle and Dimimg came to £60 and included 2 Rubbish Beer Option, why I asked why could I not choose a beer I wanted to drink as the Prices were ALL £4.45 a pint, sorry I do not write Company Policies 😁
Then she almost relished telling me that Breakfast tomorrow excluded Cooked Breakfast, as only A LIMITED CONTINENTAL was being served, that's a story for another day
Needless to say not a single mention was made at the time of booking !!!

Couldn’t thank Gemma enough for helping my husband and I book a room and breakfast online (I thought I could book on arrival).

She was so kind and the service was amazing! Us oldies need more Gemma’s 😂 Will defiantly be returning.

We eat a lot in The Morris Dancers Beefeater in Scarisbrick. The food is good value for money, the service is excellent, and the staff are amazing - great attention to detail, always happy and go the extra mile especially Pam, John, Jordan and all the chefs.

What a shambles. Had a Surf & Turf Burger only to bite into it and find the Prawns cold and parts of it raw.

Told waitress only to be asked if I want this again or something else. Obviously I opted for something else. No apology or nothing.

Paid bill, will never return.

Goodness what a disappointment. We had a Pie which was clearly bought in the shops and served with a bit of chips and the second meal, a most appalling salad made of lettuce STALKS. It looked like mostly stuff I would throw away when I make my own salad at home. The steak was FOUR Ounces of steak. Granted I should have looked at the menu more closely but FOUR Ounces is all you get which equates to 4 tiny strips of steak.
So, terrible shop bought Pie, salad fit for the bin only with steak the size of a toddlers meal and there you have it…. A Beefeater meal!
We chatted to our waitress who agreed my salad was appalling and gave us 25% off but honestly, we were hungry and the discount does not make up for terrible food. We went home and made ourselves some decent food….

If you want to apply for one of their reward club cards and be ignored, be my guest!
Normal company experiences meant that I receive an e-mail telling me what I am entitled to but not Beefeater. When I asked for an explanation, I received a load of generic irrelevant answers. Having asked them why they couldn't look at my e-mail, I am still waiting for a response. Who needs them anyway, the Garden House is only a few doors away.

After initial issues booking a table for 6 both on automated phone and online I eventually got the booking secured. But was then told they were too busy until I pressed that we had a reservation so offered to be seated in bar area; that was fine. My 5 stars go to the barman I think called pro' Neylish (I've spelt wrong, has Welsh origins) who attended to our food and drink orders incl cocktails with a pleasant excellent customer service. OK the food took a long a time, but mitigated because he informed us that, I thought the steaks had been slightly better on other occasions and a burger order was missing a topping and took a while to fix, but 5-stars from me thanks to how we were given opportunity to dine at bar area and for Neylish's superb skills and nature.

Another excellent experience at Beefeater Dundee. We didn’t book, we just arrived on spec. The restaurant was very busy, but that’s not surprising people know it’s a quality place to eat. We waited in the bar and as soon as a table was free we were sat down and put in the very capable hands of Amanda. We’ve been to the beefeater a number of times, but this is the first time we had met Amanda, her bubbling personality was so infectious my partner and I hit it off with her straight away. The service we received all night was amazing and made our night a great experience. Thank you so much Amanda hope to see you again next time we’re in.

Just before COVID I had a large amount of reward points. Some time after the COVID lockdowns etc. I contacted BeefEaterGrill as my balance showed zero. They told me they sent an email to all customers and that I missed the deadline by a month. I asked for a copy of the email to be sent to me as I could find no trace of it in my email/spam/junk. To date they have refused to send me a copy and have told me "We do feel this has been dealt with accordingly and do unfortunately see this matter as closed and as such, shall no longer be corresponding".
Lockdown era began around Jan 2020 at almost the same time as my points were gained as a result of a wake for my father. Things began to get back to almost normal around Jan 2022 so I effectively only had 6 or 7 months of points validity when I discovered the balance was zero.
I shall not be holding any further wakes at BEG (Whitbread/Premier Inn)
