Quick delivery
Ordered some sheets on Wednesday and they were delivered on Friday (much faster than their 4-5 day estimated delivery time). Delivery was by DPD who are one of the better delivery firms for giving an accurate delivery time. Website does not show stock level of the sheets so I used their "ask a question" button and got an answer back in just over 10 minutes. So happy to recommend this company.

Alpaca pillow
This alpaca pillow is absolutely fantastic!! Over the years I have tried all the different pillows on the market and none worked. I found them to be uncomfortable and would get a sore neck. I have ordered this one a few days ago and have been sound sleeping like never before. Also, I don't toss and turn. It is of beautiful quality. LOVE IT!!

Very poor customer service
My order arrived on time and all good. However the pillowcases were advertised as 50 x 90cm but they felt small on the pillows and hence made the pillows seem 'hard'. When I measured them they were 47 x 88cms but this is only part of the reason I'm giving two stars. The main reason being when I contacted bedlinen direct regarding this, the only response I got was this email asking me to rate them which I wouldn't normally do. So your very poor customer service got you the review you wanted! Buy with caution!

We have checked your order details BD47022 and the pillowcases you ordered were the standard size and not the super king pillowcases you have stated you ordered. I have also checked all emails and we have never received any correspondence asking us to look into this for you. Just to let you know that in this bedding range we do not sell a 50cm x 90cm pillowcase option. Kind regards Bedlinen Direct.

I purchased a superking deep fitting…
I purchased a superking deep fitting sheet from bedlinen direct after trying many other shops, with the sheets far to small even in the extra deep 18" as advertised. Tried quite a few but fitting was very tight, no good. Purchased this one and a fantastic fit loads of overlap under the mattress, could even apply a topper mattress if required and would still fit. Very generous fit and I will be using this company now. Highly recommended. Thank you.
