I have bought bedding regularly from Bedfolk for several years. The quality is excellent, so beautiful and luxurious. The different colours blend together so well and allow you to mix and match if you choose, which is an added bonus. I particularly like the luxe range which is wonderful to sleep in! Customer service is top notch too. Products arrive quickly and any queries dealt with promptly. Highly recommended!

I have ordered multiple times from Bedfolk now- and I am always impressed! After “umming and ahh-ring” over a few similar brands I made the decision to firstly purchase the cotton luxe bedsheets, they feel super luxurious and are most definitely worth the money, really impressed and they come out even better with a quick iron. Purchased another bedding set a couple of months ago “the relaxed cotton” totally different but still gorgeous quality, I have no doubt the fabric will be great still in years to come. Finally I purchased the fitted sheet and silly me forgot to use the discount code, I messaged the customer services and they kindly refunded me the difference.. for once an honourable company selling quality products. I will most definitely be purchasing the company some of their towels as well in the future! 100% recommend

I bought a pillowcase because it said it was "100% cotton". But then it turns out that it's 100% polyester and just had a 100% cotton layer on the outside.

They hid the fact that it's 100% polyester and just mentioned that it contains "poly" as a little side-note after saying "100% cotton" on the website.

It's here. In the "details" it says "100% cotton" despite the fact that it's 100% plastic in 1 part and only 100% cotton on the outside.

The only reason you say the reviews for your product is "superb" at "4.9 out of 5" is because most of the negative reviews are hidden from the website. I left a 1 star review for that product page and it's still not visible.
At no point in the product page's details does it say "100% polyester" like the label on the actual product I received. You shouldn't brag out being "natural" or "eco friendly", whatever was mentioned before on the website or in a delivery paper if you just sell plastic. You shouldn't brag about positive reviews if the only reason a product appears positive is because negative reviews are hidden.

Great service, beautifully packaged but more importantly the quality of the relaxed cotton sheet is great. It looks like linen but it also has the lovely softness of cotton, making the sheet a beautiful addition to my existing Bedfolk bedding. Great to look at and feel, but also lovely to sleep on.

The experience of the service and products were both excellent. I purchased the storage bags for duvets and smaller bags. They are exactly as described and much nicer than the average storage bags for linens. I had been looking for sometime. highly recommended.

I love my linen and cotton throw and so does my dog Rosie. Which is why we bought 2.

I have bought many sets of pure linen bedding, pillow and cushion pads, duvets, throws, quilted items from Bedfolk and the quality is always exceptional. They wash well
And have lovely, simple muted colours. My only gripe is that they sell a long pillow, which I love, but only in “soft” when all of the other pillows that I have are “firm” which are perfect for me. Of course, this is down to personal preference, but I just wish that they had the variety with the long pillow. Also they don’t sell a quilted protector for the long pillow which is also a shame. I feel if they launch a new product, it should all be thought out and launched properly. Last thing is that there is a huge discrepancy between how the orders are packed, some of my orders have come in lovely Bedfolk branded drawstring storage bags, which are perfect for storing spare duvets, pillows and linens for guest beds (the bags are huge!) other have come in a generic and quite rough textured drawstring bag (with no branding) and many don’t come with anything at all, just in the box! It would be great if they had a standard and stuck to it, to elevate the customer experience or just not do any of it. When it’s hit and miss, you never know how it will arrive and am disappointment when it doesn’t arrive in the branded bags, which in my opinion are the best and so useful for looking after the Bedfolk products when not being used.

Towel was extremely expensive compared to others so was expecting something good - it was small and not great quality… very disappointing

Bedfolk produce a range of quality products, but the other reason that they are my go to company for bedlinen, is that if you have a query, it’s possible to get a prompt response from a real person. As far as I am concerned, a company that delivers that sort of customer service is worth it’s weight in gold!

My first purchase from Bedfolk included some Ripple bath sheets and hand towels, a Plush bath mat and a pair of Speckled Square Pillowcases. The towels and bath mat are thick, luxurious and wonderful to use and the forest green colour is perfect for my bathroom. Sadly, the square pillow cases were a let down, which accounts for the removal of one star. The fabric is soft and lovely. However, it’s also somewhat loose and unstructured, which results in a gaping hole caused by the opening on the back. It’s meant to overlap but just doesn’t stay in place. Very disappointing for a rather expensive pair of pillow cases. I decided to keep them anyway as they suit my guest room really well but will have to sew a couple of buttons on each pillow case to keep them from opening up. I would not recommend this item unless you’re prepared to do the same.

I chose to invest in linen bedding thinking that it would last for years to come. Sadly this is not the case with Bedfolk’s linen. Despite Bedfolk stating on their blog that "100% high-quality linen is made to last and last", we have had 2 fitted sheets become threadbare with sizeable holes and are now unusable in less than 3 years. This is not the quality I would expect for a premium price point after spending over £700 on their linen bedding. After reaching out to Bedfolk, the best they could offer me was 20% off a new sheet but I have lost faith in their products due to their poor durability. I see from other reviews that I am not alone in their products lasting only several years.

An excellent British business with the finest quality and comfort by English craftsmanship. Superb duvet and pillowcase set in an ink blue hue. The thread count means it is so soft and cosy yet also crisp to look at. Customer service reliable and punctual delivery. I intend to purchase an additional two sets of their cotton range in cloud white and honey yellow.

Recently I had a small fault with my relaxed cotton duvet cover that I had originally purchased in May 2025. Bedfolk acknowledged the fault and sent out a new duvet cover. Great products and customer service.
