We ordered a reversible throw from Bedfolk. The colours matched perfectly with bed linen we’d previously bought from them. The weight is just right (not too heavy) and it is clearly well made.

Bought a luxe cotton bedding set and loved it so much we bought a second! Gorgeous colours and the luxe cotton feels so soft and smooth sliding into bed feels even more of a treat. Everything feels really high quality. Arrived quickly with sustainable packaging so a great experience all round.

I have bought two products so far, the wash bag and make up bag in yellow. They are super soft and you can tell they are made well and will last. I wanted something made from cotton and having done research online I feel I have found some wonderful items. I would definitely recommend Bedfolk and I plan to purchase more items from them. My first purchase was the linen duvet cover in moss (I’d been eyeing up this interesting piece for a while) as I wanted to experience for myself the reason for all the rave reviews. ‘How can linen feel buttery soft and like sleeping on a cloud?’ I asked myself. It’s all true. An exceptional night’s sleep.

I’m delighted with my new bedding from Bedfolk. I have the linen pillowcases and relaxed cotton duvet in Sky. Both items are soft and beautiful and so comfy and have washed extremely well. Can’t wait to get into bed every evening and it looks good too. Already planning my next purchase.

It's such a relief to deal with a company that still knows how to look after its customers. I've needed to contact Bedfolk's customer services a few times and, each time, they have been quick, courteous and professional. Their products are lovely too. Get lots of compliments on my bedding.

'Rose' linen flat sheets look a pretty, clear ballerina pink in their website photos, but the reality is a dirty looking grey/mauve pink. They were a gift and had already been opened, so could not be returned. I contacted Bedfolk for help, but nothing came of it. A huge amount of money wasted on nasty coloured slubby linen (not fine). 100% regret this purchase.

I’ve made multiple purchases over several years with Bedfolk and have always had exceptional service. The quality of their products is high, delivery prompt and packaging sustainable. On the rare occasion I had an issue with an item they were keen to discuss and rectify. They are a premium brand but the products reflect this x

I love the linen sheets and seersucker duvet covers and pillow slips. (No ironing!) I have also bought baby gifts of towelling hoodies which have been well received. If I have had any problems, the item has been replaced without fuss. We spent a third of our lives in bed; might as well be comfortable!

Originally, I ordered the Linen Duvet Set in Cloud as I was looking for a warm white, but I found the colour a little too creamy for my taste. The return and refund process was incredibly easy, and thanks to the excellent customer service, I was able to order the same set in Snow and have our beautiful bed linen on the bed within a week. The linen is so soft to the touch and wonderfully comfortable to sleep in. It feels lightweight and breathable, yet has just the right amount of weight to feel luxurious and exceptionally well made without ever feeling heavy, making it perfect for warmer weather. The product isn’t cheap, but the quality makes it well worth the investment. I can already tell it will last us for years to come.

I ordered from Bedfolk in May and there was a missing item, I emailed them immediately to let them know incase it was out of stock saying I was happy to wait if it wasn’t going to be too long, but could they let me know when I would receive it, I received no reply.

I have followed this up 3 times making sure i’m clear with my order number, full name, address etc but I have not heard from them at all in a month, which is extremely disappointing.

You really don’t want to feel that you put your trust in a company and spend a LOT of money with them on many high end and expensive products to be completely ignored when there’s a missing item!

I’m not one to jump on posting a negative review and would always look to contact the company direct if ever there was a problem, but after 3 attempts this is hopefully going to get seen and be replied to.

It’s a real shame because I was going to continue to buy products from them but will now look elsewhere, as you don’t want to feel that once you order from someone that once they have your money they really don’t care about their customers.

I have lost trust with them now and they need to send me the missing item or refund me please.

I trust now I will get a reply and just hope they hire more staff to deal with orders and emails from their customers, that goes to their services department and value their customers because that’s what makes a wonderful caring company.

I would appreciate a reply and a refund now

Bought from Bedfolk several times. The quality is outstanding. Customer service is such a pleasure to deal with.

The items I have received are amazing everyone should go back to basics and not put material on you and your loved ones that has got really bad materials in it do your research and look what is in your bedding and clothing you will be shocked that is why I am going back to natural well done Bedfolk 10 stars from me five is not enough

Incredibly comfortable relaxed cotton bedding, as well as the robe for warmer months, very good quality. Their customer service is great too.

I have always had good service from Bedfolk and love all of my purchases from them. Very happy with all of my bedding and the quality. The storage bags are great for keeping my sets of bedding together. Lots of colour and fabric choices too
