Still waiting for my bedding order. Order went in 3rd week of November. Emailed them and the said order was coming the day before Christmas. Still nothing. Emailed again and radio silent! What a scam company!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. They took my money and never shipped product.The only web site to contact does not work and have sent 3 emails with no response.

Absolutely horrendous. I never got my order despite trying several times to get information from this company. They make up lies about getting you a tracking number on their live chat. And then when they never do, and you want a refund, they send you a fake email address that gets bounced back as undeliverable. Be forewarned, don’t make the same mistake I did. It’s a lot more difficult to get your money back than you might think. I am still out $143.00!

Two months later and…nothing. Have tried every avenue to connect with a human and other than one chat bot telling me it was being shipped…crickets. I am hopeful a dispute with PayPal will help me out. Stay away!

Avoid this company like the plague. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago which was acknowledged. They say shipping will occur in a few days but I still haven’t received the item or further contact from the company. Email and online status inquiries get an automated “we’ll check and get back to you” response but they don’t. The phone has an automated “busy” recording. I’m disgusted with them and their less than honest operation.

I placed an order 10/21/2024.
I have not received it.
They made a fake tracking number from
Fed Ex and sent a picture where it was dropped off. The picture is no where near me.
They put the wrong address so i could not file a claim with Fed Ex
Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered a comforter set from them online because they had very good prices but upon receiving my invoice, I saw that expected delivery time was 25+ days so I decided to cancel. I also got notified by visa that this was a suspicious website and was associated with scams out of Pakistan, I believe they said. I was able to talk to someone on the website via online chat who said he would cancel my order but never got confirmation of it and was still billed on my credit card.

SCAM WEBSITE!!! I placed my order and never received any communication or confirmation of my order. When I tried to email them (several times), it came back as undeliverable. Attempts to contact them by phone - directly from the number listed on the web site - get nothing but a busy signal. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CRIMINALS!!!!

Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Product good quality.

I placed my order for two duvet sets online on 11th September and paid for them through SagePay. I received an acknowledgement of the order on that day. I emailed Bedding4u on 20th September to say I had heard nothing further - no reply. I again emailed on 25th September and then followed it up with a phone call to customer services on 26th September to be informed by a young man that it had been despatched the day before, with no apologies for either the wait or the fact that I had no replies to my emails. I pointed out to him that delivery to Scotland was stated as seven working days. I eventually received them on 28th September. I decided that even if I did not like the duvet sets I couldn't go through all the hassle of returning them. I would not buy from this company again for the above reasons.

The bedspread is beautiful-a lovely inky blue, very soft to the touch. I would highly recommend it.

Products not listed as out of stock on-line - had to email the company to get an update - responsive but not all that helpful - twice. Would have been useful to know when the order was eventually due to arrive

Found Bedding 4 u was offering the best deal on Kylie bedding! Ordered all items in stock and delivered within a few days! My bedroom looks lovely now!

The bedding I ordered was excellent. Bedding 4u was the best cost I would recommend this company to every one.

I ordered bedding from the Kylie range and in comparison to other sites it was very well priced and looks even better on the bed than it looked online, Delighted with it.

Ordered what i wanted, paid for it and it arrived. Very straighforward.

Easy web page to use and prices much cheaper on certain items than other sites. Arrived in good time and without fuss. Would recommend and will defiantly buy more from this company.
