Svar från Beckys Beezzzs
Thank you for the review and the feedback.
We mark all our queens at the time of harvesting, and each one is checked again in the office before packing. Occasionally, some of the marking can be cleaned off during grooming by the worker bees, which may have happened in this instance.
I hope the introductions have gone well for you.
Good buy
Great price and swift delivery. I only gave four stars as one of the runners had a fault. Not worth returning though. Will buy again without a doubt
I didn’t contact Becky’s as I didn’t think was worth troubling them. It certainly didn’t affect my view of a brilliant company and service.

Thank you for the review. Very pleased to hear you were happy with the price and the speedy delivery.
I am sorry to hear one of the runners had a fault. As we weren't contacted about the issue, we didn't have the opportunity to put things right. If you ever receive a damaged or faulty item, please do get in touch with us straight away and we'll always do our best to resolve it.
Happy Beekeeping.
Amazing service
Amazing service! The staff went way above and beyond to answer some questions I had prior to placing a small order. It didn't seem to matter to her that I needed advice on a really inexpensive item.

Fantastic Service
I called Becky Bee's for a little bit of advice and to make a small £2.15 purchase, regardless of the tiny price the lady I spoke with (it wasn't Becky) could not have been more helpful, she took time to talk to me and give advice and didn't try and sell me stuff. Service of this quality is so rare these days. Becky's Bee's has a new loyal customer because of this experience! Thank you BB!!!

Great to hear the queen arrived well. We hope all goes well with the introductions and the rest of the season.
A productive queen
The queen and her companions arrived promptly and went straight to a queenless hive where she was immediately accepted. A week later i had a look and she has been very busy laying brood.

Thank you for the review. The reason for the refund was written in the order status email sent to you at the time of issing the refund. The reason were are unable to supply is that, due to current shipping restrictions, we are no longer able to send live bees to Northern Ireland. This information is also clearly stated on our website prior to ordering.
As we were unable to fulfil the order, a full refund was issued immediately.
We apologise for the disappointment and appreciate your understanding.
