Its been a month and still have not received the products i have ordered! They have now stopped responding to my emails when I asked for a refund! I've had to raise a dispute with my bank as fraud!
Awful company! I would not recommend buying anything from here!

I ordered the Janet collection Remy hair 28 pieces in colour 1 on the 10 May. Up to this day 30 May I have not received the goods. Before ordering I called around 4 stores which advised not in stock and the product was discontinued. If this is the case beauty queens are giving customers false expectations they should not advertise that that the product is available online. I have emailed twice called once received a reply stating will look into the issue but no one has come back to me. I have requested a refund in my last email since it has been over a week that no one has come back to me I have contacted my bank to raise a dispute to get my money back

I would not trust this site. The customer service is bad at communicating.

Very unprofessional customer service. offer fast Royal Mail shipping within 48 hours, but a 10 days has passed and I haven't received the goods. There's no information about the status of my order. Furthermore, you don't respond to emails with inquiries.

Items never got sent out. Wouldn’t answer the phone or reply to emails. Bunch of scammers. Don’t waste ur money or time.

Ordered a product and its has been 10days no delivery notification. I can't reach the company. £33 hanging without assurance of getting my product. Sad

They are awful company they will try and speak to you nicely to make you feel comfortable. They actually told me they will give me a refund. If I do not receive my item. I haven’t received my item. Royal mail has even said they’re sending it back to the sender I’ve sent them all the proof they said that they will give me a refund and I have not received any response after that or any refund. Do not order from them if you care about yourself.

Were very helpful finding the product i wanted

Terrible customer service. Ordered an item, didn't receive anything, had to chase, told item not in stock and won't refund money. In fact, now being ignored.

I was really happy to see they had the specific product I was looking for, for a decent price, as it’s difficult finding products for my hair type. Once I ordered which was over a week ago, I received confirmation, however it shows my item has not been dispatched at all, that is too long a period of time for a company to ship out an item. Even if I was emailed or updated of any issues or delays I would be understanding, but the fact I’ve had nothing, is very disappointed. Somebody just had £15 of my money (which is a lot for me) and I’ve received no product.

I have been ordering my hair extensions from them for almost a year and have to say the prices are reasonable FREE next day tracked Royal Mail shipping and they are always so friendly and helpful even when ordering online! Excellent products and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
