Zero Communication and Pure Ignorance

I would give no stars at all if possible. Communication at zero, no phones are answered, with constant voice mail directing for Whatsapp contact for a quicker response, nothing from Whatsapp either, even though they have read my multiple messages. I take it as an absolute customer ignorance, as such - never again. There are plenty of other companies, who will look after their customers with a right attitude.

Excellent

Very quick postage had in 2 days after ordering and well packed and prices are the cheapest in all the retailers also get that extra bundle of products with it I be definitely buying again from them

Was a bit skeptical of this website due…

Was a bit skeptical of this website due to the low prices and a handful of bad reviews but the parcel came in 3 business days and everything seems to be in good condition. Not sure if the products are authentic as I have not tried them before but they seem to be OK at a first glance. I purchased the Semi Di Lino set with a hair mask, shampoo and leave in conditioner, alongside the Sally Hansen tan lotion and Redken Thermal heat protectant.

Great service, items in stock and when ordered i was given regular updates on the process of the order from packing to shipping.

Bought GHD paddle brush

Bought GHD paddle brush. Found beauty features to be cheapest place to buy this and next day delivery too. Brush is excellent and exactly what I was looking for for my thick hair
