I received my MakeUp order yesterday and I am very disappointed. Not first time.The perfume bottle arrived half empty — only half of the product was left, and the rest had leaked over the other items in the package.

I would never write reviews about a company but when you get products I got & the customer service by complaints team that came with it, I’m left with no choice.
I ordered €150 worth of makeup. It arrived & after work I opened the box & put the makeup away in my makeup bag.
2 days later, I opened the Laura mercier eyeshadow & eye pencil & seen both were broken.
I sent the team an email with pictures asking for a replacement or refund. I received an email back telling me I had to email the complaints team but no email or contact details to contact them. I then requested a call back to get the contact details.
The complaints team asked me for pics of everything & I mean everything , even the delivery box itself which I didn’t have but I had the product package & barcode.
I sent what I had & a week passed , no replies , nothing! I emailed again asking for an update , still no reply.
I will never buy from your company again, €60 gone down the drain in these tough times that no one has to give away for nothing.
Disgrace!

I feel I need to step in and share my own experience here. I was very close to not using it due to all the negative reviews, but I decided to make a small first purchase and see how it goes. Well, I could not be happier. The price is excellent. Order placed, confirmation received. Shipping updates are constant, and a week later I received an email and sms stating it's out for delivery with a one-hour window. Received parcel, well packed. Perfect shopping experience. And free shipping for orders over 25 euros.

No communication whatsoever. Phone number only works at certain times and was eventually told my package got damaged in transit and was being returned to sender. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. I received a package in which one of the products had leaked and spilled over the other items inside the parcel. As a result, several products were damaged and unusable.
After contacting the company, I was offered a refund of 4 euros, which was completely inadequate compared to the value of the leaked and damaged product. After many email exchanges, I was informed that the money would be refunded to my account, but this refund was never processed.
Due to the poor handling of the complaint and the failure to follow through on the promised refund, I cannot recommend this company.

They screwed up my order twice + very rude
They screwed up my order twice. Decided to cancel my order of
6 products without asking me or informing me beforehand just because 1 item was out of stock and I ended up not having 3 bday presents on time. They make problems out of nothing. 2 Similar products were in stock but they never even asked to replace it. Not Very intelligent nor resourceful. Bad customer service. When I complained about it after lots of hassle they gave me a 1 eur discount for my 80 eur order (1.25%....WOW!) as an apology and I quote:" This discount was offered purely as a courtesy, to express our appreciation for you as our customer." So I should be very honoured, happy and feel appreciated. Wow again. That gesture clearly shows they don't appreciate their customers at all.
Poor business practice...And very rude. Never ever buying from the again.

Don’t ignore the bad reviews
Decided to take a chance as they’re only Irish stocker of a product that has been discontinued. I have skin issues and end up reacting to everything. Ordered 3 days ago and haven’t received an email confirming the order. Kept refreshing and checking spam but nothing. Thank goodness I took a screenshot of the order confirmation as I’ll probably have to dispute the charge. I saw the bad reviews but was desperate because of my skin condition. Absolute scammers.
