The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I placed an order and then had to chase this company for weeks because I received no meaningful delivery updates. When they eventually responded, they simply said the parcel was on its way without providing any estimated delivery date.

They then apparently attempted delivery on a day I had not been told to expect it. Because I was not home, the parcel was automatically sent to a local collection shop. I was travelling at the time—a trip booked long before, as I obviously did not expect them to take over a month to deliver a parcel.

When I returned, I went to collect it, but the shop was closed for holidays. As soon as it reopened, I went back and was told that the parcel had already been returned to the sender.

I politely asked BeautyFeatures to redeliver it to another address with a 24/7 porter. Instead, they refused, cancelled the order and issued partial refunds while keeping the original shipping costs—even though I never received the products and the situation was not my fault.

I had also explained that the card and bank account used for the original payment were no longer active, which is exactly why I wanted redelivery rather than a refund. They ignored this and processed the refunds anyway, leaving me to chase a closed bank account to try to recover my own money.

Extremely poor communication, an unreasonable delivery delay and absolutely no attempt to find a fair solution. I received nothing and was still left out of pocket. Completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.

I didn't receive the products, I lost 50 euros of shipping costs and spent nearly 2 months chasing them

I am not an organised person and beauty features is fantastic because i can just decide what products i need one day and have them the very next day

I always try to support Irish companies and I bought from Beauty Features for the first time. A great variety of products and delivery was excellent. My only issue was the website could be more user friendly as your shopping basket before checking out should be easier to find.

I had a great experience shopping with BeautyFeatures.ie. The delivery was very fast, and shipping was completely free, which was a lovely bonus. I also received some fantastic free gifts with my order, including a Kérastase Blond Absolu Bain Lumière 30ml shampoo and the best detangling hairbrush I've ever used!
