It is been more than 3 months since i am facing continuously withdrawal issues. All i am getting in return are the emails of having patience while it is effecting us financially and mentally.
Even after 3 months the are replying same that our team is looking for issues.

Terrible people. It's been 5 months since you can't withdraw your money out. Their support kept lying about some team working on payment processor. Which payment processor takes up to 5 months to fix? These guys are pure scammers. They surely don't have any money to pay out. They're just full of big lies.

A empresa fraudulenta ainda continua a reter meu capital. Isso desde 20 de setembro!!!! O suporte se nega a auxiliar a abertura do processo de solicitação do seguro da conta, sempre dão respostas evasivas. Para o ano de 2024 esqueça qualquer possibilidade de reaver o seu capital, fique longe dessa empresa ladra e já faça a abertura do seu processo junto aos órgãos reguladores. Os clientes não são culpados pelo golpe praticado pelos antigos gestores. Sugiro ainda a todos verificarem que a empresa buscou apagar junto ao google qualquer notícia referente a crise que enfrenta mostrando o quanto agem de má-fé. SEUS LADRÕES!!!

estou aguardando meus saques a 4 meses, entro em contato com o suporte, sem previsão!! apenas respondem msg prontas e que estão passando por uma instabilidade, ha 4 meses? estão brincando com os clientes.

I had an awful experience with this company. I've been trying to withdraw my hard-earned funds for so long, but every time I ask, they give me the same excuse: "we're working on it." This has been going on for far too long, and it's clear they are just delaying and making excuses repeatedly.

It's extremely frustrating and disappointing to see how unprofessional they are. They have no respect for their clients' time, effort, or money. I worked hard to earn these funds, and they refuse to release them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and avoid them at all costs.

Ever since Aug 12, 2024 (I’m still trading the account and logging the withdrawal monthly till now in Dec 2024),I’m having problems with withdrawal from BDSwiss where this wasn’t an issue before Aug 2024. I tried all methods of withdrawal (ie Credit Card, Bank Wire & Skrill) but the Supports from BDSwiss could only gave the standard reply “Due to Technical Issues …..” , this is pretty distressing consider that this is one of my big accounts. BDSwiss CEO and or owner of BDSwiss should come to public to address the issues rather that just hide behind a team of “contract support team”. This experience just give the trader a bad bitter aftertaste and also tarnish the name that SWISS suppose to stand for quality and reliability.

BDSwiss is a very bad and fraudulent broker. They have taken control of traders' funds and are no longer allowing withdrawals. I have been requesting them to return my funds since September, but they just keep lying, saying their team is working on it when there is no such team. They have deceived many traders and broken their trust. I request all the traders who are affected by their actions to file as many complaints as possible against them. They are registered in Mauritius and the UAE.

Ich schreibe die Bewertung in Namen der Algosystems GmbH. Lange Zeit konnten wir gute Erfahrungen mit Ihrem Unternehmen sammeln. Seit etwa zwei Monaten warten wir jedoch vergeblich auf ausstehende Auszahlungen. Wir hatten anfänglich Verständnis für mögliche Verzögerungen, doch dieses Verständnis ist nun erschöpft.

Ein solcher Umgang mit Firmenkunden – oder generell mit Geschäftspartnern – ist für uns inakzeptabel. Wir setzen Ihnen hiermit eine letzte Frist, die Ihnen ebenfalls per E-Mail mitgeteilt wurde. Diese Frist endet am 18. Dezember 2024.

Sollte die ausstehende Zahlung bis zu diesem Datum nicht erfolgen, sehen wir uns gezwungen, folgende Schritte einzuleiten:

Anzeige bei der Polizei,
Meldung bei der zuständigen Börsenaufsicht,
Einleitung des Betreibungsverfahrens.
Unsere Geduld ist am Ende, und wir sind zutiefst enttäuscht von der Entwicklung. Sollten die ausstehenden Zahlungen jedoch innerhalb der genannten Frist eingehen, sind wir bereit, diese Bewertung zu entfernen.

Someone refer to me this broker from YouTube it's a big scam I have deposit now can I withdraw my money back email them so many times not been resolved from 2 months anybody reading this review please don't deposit with this broker I don't want a body else in this situation thinking now how to take action about them how they can do fraud with people anybody knows any legal advice to take action against them please let us know as there's lot of people withdrawl they are holding from few months
