No aprueban las solicitudes de retiro

No dan explicaciones que motiven la no atención oportuna a las solicitudes de retiro, asimismo, no señalan el tiempo estimado que tardaran atender estas solicitudes. Para recibir dinero que rápido lo procesan, pero para las solicitudes de dinero, se hacen los desentendidos, que ignoran el motivo del retraso, que están trabajando para solucionarlo. Cuanto tiempo más van a tardar?, esto ya lleva meses, señores de BDSWiss, ¿tan incompetentes son los que manejan este Broker?. Solicito, se manifiesten sobre este problema, y nos digan la verdad. Por el momento no recomiendo a nadie se abra una cuenta con esta broker, el principal problema es que no procesan los retiros de dinero. Estan alertados amig@s que quieren incursionar en el mundo del trading, hoy 27 de enero de 2025, continuan los problemas con este broker.

PRELIEVO IN RITARDO DI 2 MESI

Ho fatto un prelievo 2 mesi fa (di 500€ manco a dire una grossa somma) e ancora non mi sono stati accreditati i soldi. L' assistenza mi risponde sempre la stessa cosa "abbiamo problemi tecnici" e mi dicono di mandare un reclamo ufficiale. Mando il reclamo e per mail mi rispondono la stessa identica cosa che mi dice la chat dell' assistenza. Team BdSwiss, se leggete questo messaggio sappiate che se continua così saremo in centinaia a farvi causa. È meglio che iniziate a fare ben bene il vostro lavoro, le persone ci lavorano con il vostro broker, non è un gioco.

Since November, I have been unable to withdraw my funds, despite repeatedly being told that the delays are due to "unforeseen circumstances." However, this vague response has not provided any clarity or resolution. The constant reassurance of “soon” has proven empty, as no tangible action has been taken to address the situation.

As a loyal client of BDSwiss, I trusted your platform and recommended it to my colleagues, believing in the reliability and professionalism of your service. To face this issue now, where I cannot access my funds, is deeply disheartening. The delay not only affects me but also tarnishes the reputation of BDSwiss, which I once held in high regard.

I want to emphasize that credibility is hard to build but incredibly easy to lose. If this issue is not resolved promptly and my withdrawal processed by the end of this month, I will have no choice but to take further action. I have been using bdswiss since I knew to trade but since last year withdrawing my money has been a problem even the people I introduced introduced them to bdswiss think they are frauds because there is instant deposit but you can't withdraw your money. Frauds I can't recommend anyone to this shit company

BDSWISS Scammers, en faillite

Bdswiss ne permet plus les retraits, mais continue les dépôts. Cette situation dure depuis fin Août 2024. À éviter à tout prix… Ni moi, ni mes clients avons pu retirer nos fonds.
Même les salariés ont quitté le navire! IB partner avec eux depuis 2020, donc je connais pleins de personnes qui me disent que c’est foutu.
Nous allons intenter une action en justice collective.

Trustpilot informed me that BDSwiss requested additional information. I have provided my email request tickets' numbers. BDSwiss could find my account details by finding my email requests in their incoming emails. Also I had a long emailing with BDSwiss representative Marsela S. Here are ticket numbers AGAIN - 1444433, 1441850, 1439832.

Truffa?!

Presunta truffa, che di presunta ha ben poco. Pessima esperienza, da 3 mesi che non mi accettano prelievi, ho contattato più e più volte gli operatori del sito tramite live chat, ogni volte la stessa risposta, un copia e incolla preso da un copione, "ci stiamo lavorando" "il nostro team sta cercando di risolvere il problema' "ci scusiamo tanto".... Ormai non sono più credibili .. credo proprio che non riavrò più soldi depositati, che dire state lontani da questo broker!

ESTAFA NO DEJAN RETIRAR…

Son unos estafadores no dejan retirar el dinero. NO METAIS DINERO AQUÍ. Llevo casi 3 meses esperando a que solucionen un supuesto problema con la retirada. MENTIRA.
Lo llevo usando de hace años y siempre me ha dejado retirar sin problema y ahora parece que ya han decidido quedarse con el dinero de todo el mundo.

Bdswiss sucks! I attempt twice of withdrawal my funds and it credited back to my trading account with no acceptable reason, well if you have account in bdswiss good luck! Until I burned my account beware of this kind of broker! It's a full of shit

On 03 Dec 2024, 15:50, I deposited an amount of 110 dollars and after some time I wanted to complete the withdrawal, which was 108 dollars, but they said that my proof of residence is not valid and they did not process the withdrawal because my proof of residence is in my father's name, as I am. I live with my father
The online support chat on the site told him to provide a document to prove that the person is his father. I also sent my birth certificate, but they still didn't accept it.

but from sep 2024 they stopped giving withdrawal and telling the issue of "technical issues"
