Diane and the mobile team have been fantastic!
The process of setting up a new contract has been simple and easy. - A job that we have been putting off for so long, because of the time I thought it would take, has taken no time at all!.
All questions that I had were answered before I could ask them. Contacting the team is easy, there is no waiting for a response, it has been almost instant! Customer service is priority for the team.

Since joining the company some 16 months ago there has been several occasions when we have needed complex technical assistance and needed it promptly.

On each occasion Dean or a trusted member of his team managed the incident and kept us briefed throughout and provided a close report with recommendations. We've had a longstanding relationship with BDR, I have dealt personally with Diane Dolman for nearly 10 years. Diane is always exceptionally responsive, nothing is ever too much trouble and I am never waiting for a reply! In the events Di is off, the mobile team always pick up the enquiries equally as fast. Great to have a company to deal with who you trust!
Terrible Experience
We have had the most awful experience with this company. Ever since BDR acquired the company who looked after our IT we have had issues.
As a regulated company we are required to record all our calls and keep these for a minimum of six years. BDR deleted all calls from one of our employers at the start of the year which has caused us huge issues. Recently BDR failed to commence call recordings of a new employee for a month which again has caused us huge compliance issues.
They have now threatened us with legal action as we are migrating our services to a more reliable and reputable company.
From our experience i would recommend you avoid this company.

We have been with BDR for many years now and for the last few have had Diane Dolman as our primary contact. Nothing we ask is ever too much trouble for her, and is dealt with quickly. She is always supportive, friendly and cheerful. We would not hesitate to recommend.
