Great experience

Dropped by the shop to get my wife outfitted with a helmet, jacket, jeans, and gloves. Adam excelled in helping us, assisting with pad fitting and suggesting various styles and brands based on their fit. Overall, it was likely the most enjoyable shopping experience I've ever had, complete with blue light service. This store will definitely be our go-to destination for biking gear in the future.

Good communication from the start. Had a delivery issue (yodel) which was not Bdla fault. But BDLA were great and refunded the delivery premium paid for a quick delivery which ended up being 9 days.

Fantastic product, first class service.

Terrible customer service. Shipping products via eBay or Amazon that take 2 weeks and never arrive at the end then not being apologetic with no remorse.

Visited in store to set the wife up with Helmet, jacket, jeans and gloves. Adam went above and beyond, fitting pads, recommending different styles or brands on how they fit. All in all, probably the best shopping experience I’ve ever had; we even got blue light service. This will be our first port of call for biking gear in the future.

Good product good service

I needed a good quality security chain for my bike and was unsure of some of the products being offered on the well known marketplace. BDLA Motorbikes came up on my search and I found the perfect product at a reasonable price on their website. Negotiaiting their website and ordering was straightforward and the item came promptly as advised and was well packaged. Very pleased with my chain and feel it keeps my bike as secure as it could be.

Ordered some motorbike gear including a helmet. Items were easy to order on the website and they all turned up in good time. Unfortunately the helmet wasn't to my liking and the bottoms were too long for me. So I opted to return them which was simple enough to do, simply purchase the returns label and post back, refund was issued a couple of days later. I would use this company again!👍
