First time using BDLA was on ebay. Had a minor issue with my order, as it was the wrong item. Issue was sorted instantly out of hours. Great communication explaining what had happened and how it would be rectified. Didn't know at the time they also had a website to use. Very professional and friendly and will definitely use again 👍

Ordered jacket on ebay within 5 rides…
Ordered jacket on ebay within 5 rides stiching came undone i contacted rst who said i can exchange no problem but these are refusing to exchange and said rst have declined exchange even tho i have contacted rst my self and they have said its no problem to exchange as its within 6 months and deamed to be there before point of sale for some reason bdla are being awkward avoid. They habe also stopped responding and ignoring. eventually it went back to them they messaged me saying rst receiving it today on the 17th.
on the 18th they also stated rst not responded yet but when i wrang on 19th still sat in the shop.
constant lies and dragging there heals.
Shame really as always buying new gear. But first and last time with this place

Dropped by the shop to get my wife…
Dropped by the shop to get my wife outfitted with a helmet, jacket, jeans, and gloves. Adam excelled in helping us, assisting with pad fitting and suggesting various styles and brands based on their fit. Overall, it was likely the most enjoyable shopping experience I've ever had, complete with blue light service. This store will definitely be our go-to destination for biking gear in the future.

Good communication from the start
Good communication from the start. Had a delivery issue (yodel) which was not Bdla fault. But BDLA were great and refunded the delivery premium paid for a quick delivery which ended up being 9 days.
BDLA, I would recommend. Thank you.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Shipping products via eBay or Amazon that take 2 weeks and never arrive at the end then not being apologetic with no remorse.
