Unhelpful staff…
On the 9th June I made an appointment for 19 th June they confirmed it with an email. I was out for the day with my daughter so had to pop back to attend the staff member said I hadn’t got an appointment I showed her my appointment on my phone she said there was no way I could be seen as another lady had arrived for that appointment. They then later in the day sent an email apologising blaming computer outage on Thursday only my appointment was made Tuesday 9th June and would I like to make another appointment no thanks
