Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists - Guildford Omdömen 23

The Bayfields team is always professional & provides great service. They are so pleasant.
The selection of spectacle frames is excellent & no pressure is exerted to buy new frames.
The only negative is the use of rather misleading price stickers for members of their Connect program. This ‘member’ price is displayed prominently on the front lens whereas the ‘normal’ real price is tucked away on the side of the spectacle arm. This is not good & should be rectified. It’s not the dictate of the Guildford store, but is a directive from Top Management.

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I always have good service.

My earwax removal pocess was handled with complete professionalism and real attention to detail.. I would highly recommend.

My Optometrist Victoria Bains who I have been visiting frequently for the past few months has been amazing in her professional care and expertise. Due to eye surgery I had many years ago at the Royal Surrey I have looked after by themselves and the wonderful Optometrists. Vikki however has certainly been the most thorough and has given me outstanding service. Thank you to everyone at Bayfields in Guildford.

Very friendly and helpful. A thorough hearing test was performed but no ear wax found so 40 minutes of tests only cost £20

Very happy with my experience during my eye test. Can heartily recommend.

The optometrist took great care, but please be aware that (full) scleral lenses are rather different from semi-scleral lenses, which is where her expertise lay. I suspect that only specialist eye hospitals can treat patients with the former. The optometrist spent a lot of time with me, did entirely what she could, gave me whatever advice she could, and then referred me to a specialist eye hospital for further treatment. She could have done no more, and I'm grateful.

Excellent service with thorough and informative eye exam. Advanced technology and scanning equipment, it was the most thorough examination I have ever had with excellent advice on care for my eyes. The staff were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend Bayfields in Guildford.

Friendly and efficient seevice

I came in with a Friend who was having a Eye Examination.

The testing was efficient and thorough with a new testing booth. The audiologist was lovely and talked me through all the results, explaining everything very clearly and looking at how things had changed from last year. She went through the options, private and NHS. and was happy for me to call back with any questions.

From booking my appointment with the very helpful receptionist, I had a very thorough eye examination by the optometrist. This followed cataract surgery in both my eyes which was initiated by Bayfields. So grateful to all the team at Guildford.

Lovely friendly practice manager in Martine, nothing was too much of an effort and mended by sunglasses arm for free. Caitlin was professional, caring, and really listened to what I was saying. She explained things clearly without any patronising. Report was prompt and well written.
