The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful Eye test was thorough, plenty of help choosing frames and lenses, and the pair came in early. Wonderful aftercare, and now my whole family goes there! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The appointment was booked and confirmed to suit my availability. On arrival I received a warm and friendly greeting and offered a hot drink as was my partner. The test began less than five minutes after I arrived and was carried out in a professional and reassuring way. The process of choosing a new pair of glasses was pleasant as I was helped to chose a suitable frame patiently and without being pressurised. The whole process was smooth and relaxing and I am more than happy to recommend Bayfields in Barnard Castle.

The Audiologist was very good and all the other staff were very nice too. I would recommend them all .

I met Ross at Barnard Castle branch for the first time. He made me at ease straight away and explained all the procedures and any questions I asked was answered in detail. Jean on reception gave a warm and friendly welcome as usual. The whole experience was great.

Made to feel welcome by Jean and Roaxanne, had a coffee whilst I waited the short time for my appointment. Natasha was very thorough, gave some great advice and context to the results of each part of the eye examination

The Optician gave me a thorough examination and then I tried some glasses on picked the frame I liked,then I was measured for the lenses and ordered the new glasses they came back after a week I returned to try them on and a perfect fit.Everyone at Bayfield was so helpful well done all at Barnard Castle
