Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists - Abingdon Omdömen 39

We have used Bayfields in Abingdon for many years. The staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and take care to ensure a successful experience. The products are quality and supplied quickly.

Polite, friendly staff.
Careful and efficient wax removal.

I was listened to by Kelly who refered me to the Eye Hospital. My previous experience with Kelly, the Opthomologisist, I have found to be practical and no nonsense

I truly cannot think of anything that needs to improve. Everyone is friendly and helpful, my eye test is carried out very thoroughly and the optician always takes time to explain the changes they have seen especially with the retinal scan. I have been referred to the eye hospital on two occasions, to check out anomalies which has enabled me to get treatment and monitoring for a developing condition before it affects my eyesight permanently. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kelly is very professional and patient

All u get from bayfields is a barrage of “book you appt” emails and calls!! Tried to book and didn’t want the only optician at the branch. The person then suggested my account be closed until they have some else. No suggestion to use another branch or any other work around. You need to train your staff better bayfield - u purchased these other opticians and you seem to have lost much of the expertise and personal touch that was there in our community. Perhaps time for to try a different optician!!

Easy to make an appointment. Easy to get to. Good environment, and a really good audiologist treament.

The optician was very patient and took time to address all of my concerns

They checked my ears and eyes for their heath and I am dissapointed to say they have found problems. On this occaision could not finish but to send me to hostpitals. I am now rhinking that the previous people only were treeting me to get at my payments.

The staff, both administrative and clinical, were extremely friendly in addition to being very professional. The ophthalmologist who examined me was very through in her examination, and explained at each stage what she what she was doing and the results she was finding. I had no sense of being rushed, and the whole experience was relaxed and pleasant.
