After several helpful conversations on the phone about a vehicle and the logistics of visiting (we weren’t local so a few days needed), arrangements were made to visit and take a look. Deposit offered as well as offering to pay the full price to hold the car due to being as certain as we could be based on the advertised details. We were told that wasn’t necessary and if they had any other enquiries they would call so we could place a deposit to hold it. Noticed the car taken off site, guessed for MOT which was promised in preparation for purchase, but called to check only to be told someone had put a deposit down and was looking at it at that very moment. Very unhelpful and rude member of staff, wouldn’t listen, was rude and wouldn’t pass us on to the person we had already arranged the purchase with, he then hung up! Very disappointed, disrespectful and disgusting customer service!

I spent many weeks looking for the replacement car my wife and I wanted. We were fortunate to find the right one at BAV motor co in Pyle Bridgend. The sales staff were very polite and made us feel welcome. There was no sales pressure at all and we took as long as we liked viewing the car we had chosen. They serviced and MOT,d the car for us and even gave 12months AA breakdown cover as part of the deal. I would recommend BAV to anyone looking for a quality car and great customer service.

We had been looking for a mini Cooper Auto for some time and all were over 100 miles away. We found a very clean and reasonable mileage (58000) on a 10 plate Mini Cooper at BAV - attended and dealt with Tudor throughout the process of buying the car and arranging part exchange with my wives older (one owner since new 52 plate) Mini Cooper.

We recently bought my son’s first car. AudiA3. We travelled over 4 hours so were a bit apprehensive. The car was exactly as described and a lovely clean car.
