I purchased a hair balm but received conditioner. After finally speaking with the support, it turns out that the balm is conditioner.
I am not sure why would they classify a hair balm (styling) as a hair conditioner (wash).
It created unnecessary confusion, and now I have a product that I didn’t want. - this is the only reason I’m giving it 4*.

Regardless, it’s a great website, was easy to navigate it, and I’m happy with the products I wanted. I will most probably purchase from them again, but will make sure this time to read every bit of text.

Would give 5 stars if delivery had been a bit quicker. Took a little bit longer to arrive than I expected, but no complaints otherwise. Original products, much less expensive than elsewhere. I haven’t got my order and it’s been 2 weeks I’ve emailed asking where it is and if there’s an update and I’ve received nothing

The items I ordered arrived well-packaged and in good condition. DHL and AnPost handled the shipment. I placed my order on December 8, 2025, and my parcel arrived on December 12, 2025. I am satisfied with the service provided.

Absolutely effortless to deal with this company, from their website and delivery i cannot find fault.

Package delivered and the gift set I bought was not sent as per the website and description in a gift box and instead was sent as individual items not suitable for gifting. I was disappointed and emailed the company -my email bounced back saying the email didnt exist so I filled out the contact form in their site and have still heard nothing.

Received a damaged item in my order. Contacted customer service numerous times and no response let alone a resolution.

Easy to order. Bought perfume & gift set at a fantastic price. Delivery was fast & delighted with the products. Would definitely recommend.

The order arrived quickly, everything was as described, good quality products. I got a free sample (I could choose if I want it) and received a discount voucher with my order, which I was very happy about. No unnecessary packaging, no plastic (apart from the strings around the parcel).
