Quality is trash. Shipping times are trash. Customer service is trash. I paid for expedited shipping Easter week and just got half of my order which looks cheaper than Dollar store clothing would look! Keep your coins, your better off ordering from Shein.

Buyer beware! This company will send you items that are not even close to the picture or description. Then will try to offer you a 20% refund for their mistake! I ordered a blazer and received a cardigan. And their size chart is a complete lie. Subtract 4-6 inches from what they have posted in their website. Also, the clothing isnt sewn correctly. One of the blazers had the stitch from lining showing on the outside. After their mistake on many items, it cost me $65 to ship items back.

If you order an outfit on their site. The product is not available to purchase right away. they will make it and then send it out to you. It’s not product sitting on their shelves. This place is not a place to shop for anything. The pictures you see posted of clothing they have it’s all fraudulent. I placed my order March 1,2024 and received it March 22,2024. DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE there FRAUDULENT IN REAL TIME.

I have yet to receive an order that was expected weeks ago. I did get an email noting there would be a delay due to high volume. However, I have not heard another word and have been having difficulty trying to get further information on the status of my order. Extremely disappointing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I ordered on 2/24/24 and I have yet to receive my order. I’m currently fighting with the now to dispute my charges!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY MONEY BACK!!!!

Ordered a cute jogging suit from them and received a red jumpsuit that was too small. I reached out and never heard from them!

I wish i read the reviews before I went ahead to order..What i ordered definitely isn't what I receieved and to think I cant retrun it cos I have to pay for International shipping (which isnt mentioned on their website) is most painful. I was offered a 10% refund (very upsetting) and 15% off my next order which will NEVER happen cos I wont be buying and wont advice anyone to order from them. They are definitely a SCAM company parading to ship from the USA. STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I recently ordered from this company and paid expedited shipping for items that still haven’t been shipped to date. Its been 3 weeks. I really don’t care to fight anymore, I know that once they get here, if they ever do I won’t be refunded a penny. I just dropped this here to warn the next person. Please trust the reviews and save yourself time, frustration, and money. It’s not worth the headache. I wish reviews like this would follow the company around bc it is a total scam…

Horrible experience - stay away!

The company is based in China, so it takes 4-5 weeks to ship. I used the tracking information they gave me and my order was in the "preparing to ship" stage. I did some digging into the reviews and found them to be horrible, so I decided to cancel my order. According to the store policy, they will refund you 90% of the order if you cancel before it ships. I emailed to cancel and they said my order was already shipped. They gave me a new tracking number that I never received, which said it was shipped on the day I emailed them! How convenient - I email to cancel and they magically shipped it.

I'm currently fighting with them to get my refund. I also filed a complaint with PayPal, the International Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission.

This website is a total scam shipping plastic clothes from China. The items you get will be nothing like the pictures on the website. The material described on the website said cotton blend but what I got was 100% polyester. Returns are at your cost, they count on you not paying shipping fees to China. Total rip off. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME!!! You'll wait a couple of weeks for shipping. The jeans WILL NOT fit (No matter the size you order) and are nothing close to the jeans pictured. They're not high waisted and the
"denim" is very thin with absolutely NO stretch.
You'll be responsible for return shipping costs which is more than $50. The company will offer you $5 (that's right
FIVE Dollars) as a refund and 15% off your next order. You'll either be out $50 for the Jeans or $50 for return shipping. The jeans aren't worth either.....

I was pleased with the quality of the sweater I purchased. The product did not take long to receive either. I will be ordering again in the near future. Thank you

Do not order from this company!!! They are a complete scam. I ordered on Dec. 2 and never received shipping information. On Dec. 22 I requested a refund, they refused and shipped a partial shipment instead. I disputed the order through PayPal and they said before I could get a refund I needed to return the items they sent to me, but get this, instead of shipping the package back to New York where they came from, they made me shipped it back to China which costed me $30 to do so. So I shipped it back to China and made PayPal reimburse me the shipping costs, when the package made it to China it ended up being held in customs on Feb. 28 and haven't moved since. During all this time PayPal kept denying my case because BaseusClothing hadn't received the items. I had to continuously call PayPal and get the case reopened over the next 4 months. Regardless of what PayPal says they do not have your back!!! I finally got my full refund today by disputing the charge with my bank. So now I'm going to leave a review where ever I can to save people the trouble. Baseusclothing is a scam!

I am trying to return clothing that did not match the images that was shown on your website but the package is stuck in China customs because the telephone number provided by their customer service rep for Zhang Ping is not in service +86-18727429756. I doubt that I will get my full refund but that is ok. I will continue to warn people about this fraudulent company.

I placed an order with them on 05/24/23, paid for expedited shipping because I needed my item for an event I have coming up. There wasn’t any movement until 05/27/23 stating that my shipping label was created, USPS Awaiting item at 8:37am then on 05/28/23 at 12:40pm it changes to arrived at shipping partner site USPS Awaits item. The 3rd party shipping partner seems to be fast track express inc which is a company that doesn’t have any contact information at all and takes their time delivering packages to USPS. From the looks of things I won’t be receiving my order in time. I’ve reached out to baseusclothing via email and haven’t received a response. I just wish they were honest with me about where is my order exactly at.

BUYERS BEWARE! This company is a scam. I ordered a dress on April 26th and never received it. After contacting them I received an email from a Renee who asked me to wait several more days then another email to select another item. I have reported this fraudulent company to the BBB. And will NEVER PURCHASE anything from this website ever again.

Don't order from them. First they try to appear that they are US based but they absolutely are not. The debit charge says Hong Kong. Secondly,
their clothes are nothing more than cheap, ill fitting garbage. They sent me the wrong size and refused to pay to ship it back. Wanted me to pay $30.00 to return their error. Lastly, they deleted my honest review on FB and blocked me from commenting on their page so that speaks volumes!

The clothes are really cheap and poorly made. I also returned items that I did not want. Returned to China and never received my refund. It has been 6 months. Total ripoff! do not patronize this site!
