Never received ANYTHING! They kept my money and it's impossible to reach them. Big Scam! You have been warned! 😠 😡

First of all, The name should have been a dead giveaway that this website was bogus...Is the bake supposed to be like Base US Clothing (as in based on the U.S.)? The fact that they try to advertise that they are based in the US should have told me that they are not...
Anyway, on May 7th, I made a purchase on their website not knowing they were based in China. The website says they should within 10 to 15 days, which is a lie. May 15th I emailed them for a status and was told that both of the items that I ordered were out of stock. I told the merchant to just refund my money, but they asked me to choose to replacement items, which I did. They then emailed me saying those items were out of stock. I then responded that I wanted a refund. The next thing I know, I get an email saying my order shipped along with a tracking number! I emailed the merchant promptly demanding an explanation because I was told nothing that I wanted was in stock. The merchant explained that one of the two original items that I purchased had been shipped because it was in stock. When I inquired about the remaining item, he asked me to choose a third option to replace it, which I did, and he said he would send that tracking information as well. Weeks passed and the item did not arrive, so I contacted PayPal to dispute the purchase. I provided the email thread and both tracking numbers that were given to me by the merchant and the dispute was opened. A few days later, I followed up with PayPal and was told that the item would arrive June 4th based on the tracking that just suddenly updated. Then on June 4th, the tracking said the item would no longer be delivered because it did not have enough postage! I contacted PayPal and PayPal said they would settle those few in my favor and I would receive a refund June 13th. June 13th came and the merchant decides to be slick and offer me a $34 refund via PayPal instead of the $75.63 I originally spent. I'm mistakenly accepted the partial refund after confusing this PayPal dispute with a separate one I have going on for a different merchant with a very close dollar amount. Now PayPal is saying there is nothing they can do because the dispute was closed in my favor. The fact that this company would ship merchandise 30 days late without adequate postage, then turn around and stall on refunding my money and have the audacity to offer me 50% of what I paid knowing I did not receive anything that I paid for is beyond unacceptable. Needless to say, they poked the bear because I am going to let everybody and their mama know that this is not a legitimate company and is in fact a scammer. PayPal is already conducting an investigation into this merchant and has flagged their account, so hopefully they will lose their privileges to use PayPal. Meanwhile, PayPal gave me a voucher to make up the $40 I'm out of, so thank God for that, but never again! The reviews are fake. PayPal had an Outlook email address for this business, which should tell you something. They are not legit. This is some man in China who threw up a website and is taking people's $ for nothing.

I was told one item I ordered was now unavailable and no updates on the other item. Now they are not responding to my emails. I am pretty sure this is a scamming website.

I wish I would have read these reviews before making a purchase. Buyer beware! I have received two separate tracking numbers. One with the US post office and one with an off name shipper. Neither of them were able to identify or track the numbers that I was given. I have requested refunds and have not heard anything back. Please save yourself the trouble, Do not order from this company

I ordered and paid for an outfit on May 9th, 2025 and has not heard a word on my order. I'm pissed

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This company is a fraud and they steal more reputable company’s pictures. It took me a month to get my pants and when I got them there were several strings hanging from them and they were also extra short. I am only 5-4”!!!

I only gave them one star because this site won’t allow you to rate them any less than that. SCAM!! Never received anything I ordered. I even paid for expedited shipping! It was only $55, so it’s not gonna put me in the poor house, but it’s shameful to prey on hardworking individuals! Please stay away from this company! I don’t want to see anyone lose their money like this.

I placed a order on April 23,2025. I have yet to receive tracking information. Everytime i reach out to them about it they say my package has shipped. It's May 24, 2025 and the tracking number comes up no information. They will not refund my money.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I never got one of my outfits I ordered. They sent me something else. I didn’t even open it. It looks like mess. My other item I ordered was way too small on top of all that PayPal would not give me my money back and supported them and I know they know that this company is not legit

Wish I read the reviews before ordering, ordered two pants suits and never received them, I opened a dispute with PayPal and they ruled in my favor and refunded my money.

Wish I would read the reviews. I was told item sold out, however item was available when I submitted my order. If I didn’t send an email I would’ve still been waiting.

If I could leave less I would! Waited weeks for one piece that looks like poop nothing close to the picture. Then was told after 3 emails my other pieces were sold out.Piss poor quality terrible customer service terrible pricing NEVER AGAIN!!

Horrible company… it’s been a month and I just received 2 packages at 2 different times… one of them came 2 small and too short… last package sold out and I’ve just been informed and now they will not respond to emails darn near at all!!! SCAM!!

Zero stars. Cheap, poor quality. I ordered multiple items, it took over a month to receive 2 pieces. I continuously inquired about my order. What i received was nothing like the pictures, stitching coming apart, and just bad all around. They give you the run around about a refund. They don’t tell you that your items were out of stock, I just wasted money.
