The staff at Group 1 Assured Norwich Central were amazing because I previously had a nightmare dealing with another trader and they went above and beyond to make sure those experience was entirely different. It wasn't plain sailing but how it was handled was exceptional! On the test drive the clutch pedal stuck down a couple of times and as I was desperate for a vehicle due to my previous purchase elsewhere (still ongoing) I needed a vehicle there and then. They offered for me to get the repair sorted somewhere locally to me for convenience and invoice them the repair bill without even needing to go through the warranty company. Conor was incredible to deal with throughout, and many thanks to the rest of the team that I dealt with when Conor was on annual leave. Well done guys!
