Working with Barker Ross has been very easy as the account managers are very friendly and the communication is very good.

As someone who has had interactions with this agency, I want to share some observations that have been concerning to me. During my experience, I noticed instances that seemed to reflect differential treatment based on race or ethnicity. While I understand that every workplace has its dynamics, these patterns created a perception of favoritism that seemed to disadvantage certain individuals.

This perception, whether intentional or not, can significantly impact the sense of fairness and inclusivity within the organization. It’s important that everyone feels valued and treated equally, irrespective of their background.

I strongly encourage the leadership of this agency to reflect on these concerns, ensure that policies are applied consistently, and foster an environment where everyone has equal opportunities to thrive. Constructive dialogue and action on this matter would go a long way in improving the agency's reputation and creating a genuinely inclusive workplace.

As a first time contractor Ellie & Rachel were absolutely amazing!
They explained the hiring process step by step & were always available for any queries I had throughout my contract.
They really do have their clients best interests as a priority.

Great Recruitment Agency, and had Great experience with Staff they are so helpful and polite!

This company are the worst company you can work for in 4 month they only paid me 4 times correct every week I have to phone to ask why my rates are wrong why you haven't paid my holiday pay why are my hours wrong why can't your payroll read numbers or use a calculator, absolute waste of time with these from tallon Baranauskas

Received a call stating they have received my cv and if I'm still interested. I was asked to WhatsApp the number they had called me on and a 'contract manager' would be in touch. The start date has been and I have still not been contacted. When I chased them up the recruiter spends more time on their keyboard and was clueless to what was happening. Don't bother applying for a job with this company unless you prefer being messed around. The recruiters number also comes up online as spam from Vodafone. Very dodgy to say the least.

I was contacted by Barker Ross Group in early Feb of this year, to discuss the role of Waste Operative at McLaren in Woking.

I was put forward for the role.

3 days later, Barker Ross Group informs me, they had already placed someone in this role.

Barker Ross Group, then contacted me again in early Jun, to advise me they were recruiting for the role again, and would i be interested.

I agreed to be put forward a second time.

Barker Ross Group said they would come back to me with feedback.

Unfortunately Barker Ross Group has yet to come back with any feed back.

The impression I've been left with, is Barker Ross Group does not act in a professional manner/nor does it show any respect towards candidates.
