Returned 2 bras on 9/20/24 and have tracking history to show they arrived 9/23/24. Still don't have full refund more than 5 weeks after they received the items back. Have emailed repeatedly to no avail. Will not order from them again.

Update: I finally got my refund after formally filing a complaint with the BBB.
I have been having problems receiving a refund, along with many other customers. I had not had an issue with my returns before this. I almost don't believe there are "system issues" for over a month. There has been no actual effort to give me a refund for the items that I no longer have in my possession besides unhelpful emails saying there's a "new system." I've been in contact for almost a month now. I was offered a voucher for store credit, but I no longer trust this business so I don't want to risk losing money again.

UPDATE 11/08/24 - I recieved a request for more information on my complaint. I provided the information, and literally within an hour I was contacted about my order numbers.
I had a choice of store credit or a refund to be returned to my cc. I chose to refund to my cc.

I used to order from Bare Necessities with no issues in the past. Now, good luck getting your money back. Even if you agreed to just take store credit as a refund.
I returned 2 bras towards the end of September and they were recieved. Yet no store credit as a refund or a refund to my credit card.
What kind of business does this? I wanted store credit because I thought it would be easier, and just order 2 bras with the returned money.

Horrible. Website states will send out in 1-3 days and 5-7 days for shipping. It took 9 days for them to even get it sent out and the expected arrival date is an additional 11 days. Had I known, I would not have ordered it. I needed the bra for an event. When I realized they didn't send it after 8 dsys? I left messages stating I needed it by Nov2. They should have sent it s faster method to assure me it would arrive in time. Instead they sent it with a method that exceeded the 5-7 days it is promised in the website. I ordered in plenty of time had they sent it out in time. It is scheduled to arrive 3 days after my event. I don't need it now. I had to find another bra for my event today. I was told it couldn't be returned because it was a final sale. That is unacceptable that I can't return a $60 bra that took 2 times as long as they stated it would take to arrive. This is very bad way to run a business.

I got an email stating that my return…
I got an email stating that my return was received over 20 DAYS AGO and have still not been refunded. I have sent multiple messages through the contact form and have tried using the chat function but no one ever responds. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card at this point. I have ordered from here in the past and never had an issue, but this is completely unacceptable. It's one thing to deal with "growing pains" as the response in all the other reviews say, it's another thing completely to not refund money that customers are owed and to not even respond to inquiries!!

Illusive returns processing
Unfortunately, I can mirror the two comments below regarding returns. I, too, have been trying to get my refund processed. They explained to me of the upgrade and each time I’ve called, there’s a promise of ‘catching up’ by weeks’ end. Finally told me that they would escalate to a manager who would handle it manually within 24-48 hours. Still no refund. My return was received by them on Sept 20th. I guess I’ll have to pursue through PayPal as well. Very disappointing and I urge anyone ordering to take these comments into consideration.

I've never submitted a 1 star review before but after contacting Bare Necessities to get the refund from my order 4 times, unfortunately, I need to file a dispute with Paypal. BN confirmed they received my return package on 9/26 and promised to process the refund by the end of that week every time I called. I sent the first inquiry via online contact form on Oct 6, then called on Oct 7, then again on 10/15 and 10/22. Each time a customer service representative promised to speed it up and get it processed by the end of the week. I was told the company went through a system upgrade at the end of September, so things were slow, but it's been a month now, and I just want to get my refund.

WORST fulfillment process EVER
This company has the absolute WORST fulfillment process than any other company I've ordered from.
My original order was on Sept 14, 2024. I followed the DHL & post office updates throughout the process. Only to find out that Bare Necessities had neglected to add my apartment number to the address (I never forget that).
Now, a month later, I'm still waiting for the replacement product that was ordered on October 4. Today is October 13. I could have had someone walk it from Texas to SE Florida in less time.
Response: I've been waiting a month, what's a few more days?
UPDATE: The package was allegedly delivered, not to me. I tried to email Bare Necessities, but they've chosen not to respond. Use this company at your own risk. I changed the number of stars to 1, only because there is no -10!!!

This company has great customer service! It's difficult to find bras in certain sizes and they have a wide variety of styles to choose from, as well as other good quality lingerie and underwear at very reasonable prices. I had a slight problem with 2 bras that I ordered and customer service Nea Rodriguez addressed the issue quickly with an exceptional level of professionalism and
poise, as it can be a little awkward describing bra issues with a stranger. Take advantage of their personalized bra fitting consultations as well!

I’ve been buying from bare necessities…
I’ve been buying from bare necessities for years . Recently I bought a bathing suit bottom and top from here and the bottom did not fit as expected. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a different bottom . They do not have an exchange policy so I opted for a credit They received my return but did not issue my credit voucher. After a couple weeks I called to follow up as I am in a situation that the bottom I need may go out of stock leaving me with just a top. After calling customer service I was informed that a few weeks ago they had a system update that has now delayed my credit voucher. They have my money, they have the merchandise and I have just a top . The customer service department said I should wait yet another 7-14 days for my credit voucher. Totally unacceptable. I will not be spending more money with them. Go to LASCANA . Nice bathing suits with no hassle.

Scam Artists
I’ve also been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks. They claim that they ship in 1-3 business days. I was able to finally speak with someone by email after emailing them 5 times. They let me know that they are in the middle of a system update to merge with Shopify and that orders are shipping out now. They claim that any orders made after 09/25/2024 were affected by this and they started shipping out on 10/01/2024. They also stated that this was communicated in the confirmation email for my order. First of all, they did not communicate this information in the confirmation email. Second, why didn’t you tell the consumer this information so that we can make informed purchases? Had I known that you were in the middle of business issues, then I would number one, understand the delay and number two, maybe think twice about placing an order at this time. They aren’t being transparent. Lastly, why have deals and promotions around the time of a system update to make more people want to order and cause more conflict? Sounds like a shady business to me and they don’t care about you. It is all about the money that they currently have of mine but I have no product.

Received a reply and they did cancel my order because it was “stuck” in the system and they gave me a refund. They even offered to give me free shipping if I wanted to reorder. I will change my rating since this was quickly rectified after my complaint but it was still an inconvenience.

10+ days and order hasn't shipped
Placed an order for 2 bras on sale on September 28, 2024. They still have NOT shipped and no emails from the business. Sent them 2 emails now asking when it's shipping and NO RESPONSE. Just filed a chargeback with my credit card and got a refund. Website says they ship in no more than 3 business days. LIES.

Updating my review to 4 stars. 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars because their system is being funky, which I do understand is difficult for e-commerce but, it's important to communicate when issues arise. Thank you to Brandi who was able to provide me with my tracking number quickly and thankfully my order is actually arriving today. ****
Placed order on the 29th. None of the items were out of stock. Have submitted 2 contact forms since to ask when they plan on shipping. No response. Not shipped yet.
Now I have wait 30 days to dispute the charges with shoppay because they aren't communicating or fulfilling my order. Really wish I had a size that was easier to find in person so I didn't have to resort to using online sites.

If I could give them zero stars
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Long story short, I paid with a gift voucher and needed to return those items. When I replaced the items I was told it would come about 3 weeks faster if I put the new order on my credit card and when the returned items were received, my credit card would be refunded. NOT THE CASE. I am currently unemployed and need my money back on my credit card (as promised), not another gift voucher. I will NEVER buy from this company again so what the hell would I do with a gift voucher. I called credit card company and filed a dispute. LIARS!!! I do not recommend buying from these thieves.
Unfortunately, the girl (Brittany) with whom I spoke about my final order of 9/10/24 is the one that told me she could have it refunded to my credit card. She brought it up, I did not ask for it that way. I questioned her no less than 4 times as I was shocked by her telling me that. So in good faith, I ordered on my credit card. I called several weeks later and another employee told me it would definitely be credited to my credit card. Maybe appropriate training is in order because I feel deceived. I feel since your employee told me that and made a mistake that you should make good on what she told me, but NO!

I have been having an issue with…
I have been having an issue with finding a bra that is comfortable and fits right. I have received and returned several times and each time I have had to increase cost for many reasons.
I have had to speak to many customer service people, but to Kim was very helpful, understood what I was asking and able to keep me as a satisfied customer!!!

Bare Necessities has such a tremendous selection- which is so meaningful when in a very hard to find, hard to fit size.
Their customer service is second to none, and I could not have asked for more than the EXCELLENT service they provided!
