Sink arrived very quickly, excited to get it fitted

I've been waiting over a week since delivery was first promised. Unable to get plumber etc as planned. No communications from Balterley apart from replies to my queries. Second delivery date already gone. I was told I would be informed of progress but 4 days have passed since any one has contacted me. I would like to have a phone contact to speak person to person but not available. This is my first experience over years of online buying that I have had such poor service. Still waiting!

Excellent quality, price and delivery time!

I ordered a basin and tap, 2 days after it should have been delivered I contacted them, to be told it’s out of stock for 3 weeks! I cancelled the order and waiting for the refund. They could have been pro-active and tell me the items were out of stock rather than leaving me hanging and waiting for me to contact them. Not good customer service. And their emails come from a strange email address making you think it could be spam.

Unfortunately had to return the item as it didn't quite fit but the return system is flawless so thank you.

Customer service have clearly been outsourced and are less than useless. Had to cancel my order after I didn't receive updates related to postage and customer service said they couldn't give me any updates, estimated dispatch details or even commit to the 2 days delivery stated on the website. They couldn't even share details of someone who might be able to help.

The products arrived on time, or even early, and were as described.

Have been searching for the items I purchased for a long time. Easy website to use, reasonable price, quick delivery.

I did not receive what I ordered. There was no update ss to when it was going to be delivered. I had to request a refund. As I paid via PayPal I managed to receive a full refund. I won't be using this company again.

Read the reviews didn't like the information required by shop, to intrusive so cut off. Information given by email/ messages kept me informed delivery ok.

Lovely choice of bathroom vanities, just need to really pay attention to the description as some are d but misleading, I bought a vanity thinking it was complete with cistern & wc, but it didn't include either. Also don't deliver to the isle of Wight, so had to make other arrangements.

ordered a bath panel which arrived just 2 work days after the order was placed! when it didn't fit the return process was very easy, too - the collection of the panel and delivery of the newly orderd panel in the correct size was scheduled to happen at the same time and also only took a 2 work day turnaround!
quick and easy to use services, items are of good quality, and with their 5year warranty balterley sets an amazing standard i now trust in - will definitely order from them again in the future!
