E-Bike fixed!
Took my Willier e-bike to Balfe's, as no one else seemed to know what to do with the electric issues we were having. Doug handled us and got us up and running again with a reboot and a new charger.

James and Hector helped me get two Bromptons the day we flew into London and were leaving to Belgium. James helped me over the phone a few days prior to arrival. The bikes were ready to go when we got to the shop. James helped with new saddles, a telescopic seatpost, and a travel case as well. Having the bikes made the trip amazing and I'm grateful for your help.

terrible
My wife gave me a £200 gift card for this bike shop as I love cycling.
I spent a little on some new inner tubes and then more recently went to get some ew tyres. The shop said the card was over a year old so it wast out of date.
I then called the head office and they said they would not honour the gift card any more and were goimng to keep my money.
Absolutely atrocious and dishonet beahviour, almost theft I am never shopping there again and would highly recommend against them.

Excellent, as always
I have had my bike serviced at Balfes at Waterloo for a number of years and they are always professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
This was the first time I used the Notting Hill branch and they were as good as the team at Waterloo. My bike is now as good as new and will last for another few years at least!
